The Role
At our Helsingør site, we are looking for a Product Manager who can bridge market needs and factory capabilities to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Dina huvuduppgifter blir:
Som automationstekniker kommer du att ingå i gruppen produktionsutveckling och vara delaktig i arbetet att effektivisera vår produktion. Gruppens ansvar är att vara ett stöd till produktionsledningen i vårt arbete med Manufacturing Excellence (Trelleborgs Leanprogram) och effektiviseringen av vårt arbete och våra processer där automation kommer att vara en väldigt viktig del.
KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker en självgående och strukturerad person med god problemlösningsförmåga. Rollen kräver erfarenhet av industriell produktion, gärna med fokus på automationslösningar. Kunskap inom PLC-programmering är viktigt, och erfarenhet av Siemens är meriterande. Du trivs med att arbeta nära operatörer, tekniker och ingenjörer i en dynamisk miljö och har ett genuint teknikintresse samt en stark vilja att påverka och bidra till utveckling.

The role will initially focus on managing time and attendance and processing weekly payroll as well as the provision of management accounting information for the daily production meeting. Som kvalitetskniker tillhör du kvalitetsavdelningen som idag består av 13 personer. Du kommer att arbeta i vårt mätrum tillsammans med en kollega. Dina huvuduppgifter blir att ansvara för att PPAP görs och skickas till kund på bestämt datum. I detta ingår uppmätning av stansade detaljer både internt och externt, ihopsättning av PPAP-dokumentationens delar, och planering av tidsåtgång.
Kundfokus är viktigt, då du hanterar dagligen olika kundkrav i ditt arbete.
Du har ett nära samarbete med produktion gällande provkörningar och frisläppande av stansade detaljer. Du kommer också att syssla med bla uppmätning av fixturer och mätsystemsutveckling, kritiska dimensioner, kapabilitetsmätningar, revalideringar samt mätuppdrag från prototypavdelningen.

Summary of the Role:

Summary of the Role:
The Export Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all the processes to ensure the organization complies with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). This role serves as the primary subject matter expert on export controls, providing leadership, training and guidance across the business to protect controlled technical data, hardware, software and services.
The Export Compliance Manager establishes and maintains policies, monitors day-to-day compliance activities, and partners closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, HR, Legal, and Quality to ensure proper handling of U.S. origin defense articles and controlled information. Responsibilities include managing export classifications, screening suppliers and customers, overseeing technology control plans, leading internal audits, supporting government inquiries, and ensuring required registrations and filings are completed accurately and on time. The Export Compliance Manager also oversees activities related to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC 2.0) compliance program.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements, and leadership skills to drive a culture of compliance across the organization. The Export Compliance Manager acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on export control risks, business impacts, and continuous improvement opportunities. Additionally, this position is responsible for the validating, updating and submittal of required documentation and certifications required for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions (TSS) Government Sales and Support Group (GSSG) to sufficiently provide products and services to the US Federal, State and Local government agencies.

Ensure TSS has the capability to transfer ITAR & CUI restricted information among various divisions as required (Secure Web/Exostar etc.).
Manage users in Trelleborg’s Global Exostar Top Level Site via IT Service Desk functionality.
Ensure compliance with export licenses, filings, and reporting.
Advise on export jurisdiction or classification determinations and conduct departmental training for import/export compliance with various internal/external departments
Successfully execute the assigned goal, targets and tasks (Annual evaluation, and Policy Deployment activities per additional documentation).
Create and execute an audit and inspection program to ensure and validate compliance by the various TSS businesses.
Act as the primary interface between TSS, consultants, and the U.S. Department of State, US Commerce Department and work with the internal departments to ensure that the company’s compliance program is effective throughout the business and supply chains.
Provide recommendations on all aspects of the export compliance programs.
Identify gaps, implement corrective and preventative actions, and monitor ongoing compliance.
Manage subscription requirements to support our compliance programs.
Validate and manage our required government business requirements and documentation, i.e., CCR, ORCA, JPC, Cage Codes, D&B, SAMs etc.,
Work with various teams within TSS to satisfy customer’s certification requests and requirements.
Audit related work instructions and desktop reference materials to validate accuracy and competence.
GSSG Process Auditor, evaluate and certify process documentation and compliance.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on aerospace operations.

At our TSS Cadley Hill site, we manufacture hand-built Aircraft, Engine, and Airframe seals using a wide range of silicones, fabrics, and retaining metals. The moulding process involves hand fabricating silicones, fabrics, and metallic items into a part-specific mould tool, which is built to precise manufacturing specifications and loaded into a compression press to cure under pressure and heat, forming the final product.

Vores produktionsafdelinger arbejder med alt fra blanding af råmaterialer, formning af rør og drejning af tætninger på CNC-maskiner til vask, rens, kvalitetstjek og manuel efterbearbejdning af emner.
Arbejdsopgaver i afdelingerne:
Mould – rørproduktion
I Mould arbejdes der med vores råmaterialer i pulverform. Her blandes råmaterialerne i store spande, hvorefter pulveret, under højt tryk, presses til rør i både større og mindre formpressere. Efter rørene er blevet presset, sendes de til sintring, hvor de færdigproduceres i vores ovne. Arbejdsopgaverne kan inkludere tungere løft. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Mould består af:
Drej – drejning af tætninger
I Drej arbejdes der videre med de færdigproducerede rør, som her ved hjælp af CNC-maskiner drejes til vores højteknologiske tætninger. Vi kører alt fra enkeltstyksproduktion med mange omstillinger til højvolumenproduktion, hvorfor der er variation i det, der produceres. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Drej består af:
Efterbearbejdning – visuel inspektion, efterbearbejdning og pakning af ordrer
I Efterbearbejdningen foregår den sidste del af produktionsprocessen. Her foregår meget af arbejdet ved manuel og visuel inspektion af tætningerne, men nogle emner kan også have behov for særlig efterbearbejdning i form af vask eller ved, at der laves særlige spor eller huller i tætningerne. Når produkterne er visuelt kontrolleret, skal de pakkes efter ordrernes anvisninger. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Efterbearbejdningen består af:
QC – kvalitetssikring af produkter før, under og efter produktion
I Quality Control er kvalitet af højeste prioritet. Her kvalitetssikres vores produkter både før, under og efter produktion, og det er QCs ansvar at sørge for, at vores produkter overholder de kvalitetsstandarder, vi lover vores kunder. QC har en bred kontaktflade, og du skal derfor trives i en udadvendt rolle samt være god til at samarbejde og kommunikere med kolleger på tværs af afdelinger. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i QC består af:
Vores produktion kører døgnet rundt, og du vil derfor få mulighed for at arbejde i fast skift fra mandag til fredag på enten dag-, aften- eller nathold. Det er dog sjældent, at vi får ledige stillinger på daghold. Uanset hvilket hold du bliver en del af, sørger vi naturligvis for grundig oplæring og løbende udvikling, så du bliver godt klædt på til opgaven.
