Summary of the Role:

The Project Engineer will support the Aerospace Airframe segment by managing customer projects and completing technical requirements from start to finish. The Project Engineer (PE) role is necessary to support TSS target growth segment of aerospace, specifically within airframe customers and applications where projects have a significant degree of requirements. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Distribution Operator is responsible for supporting the Shipping and Warehouse departments operations by managing orders, inventory control, and logistics tasks, including shipment preparation, material handling, and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

What you bring

Summary of the Role

The IS Manufacturing Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing systems and processes that support business operations and strategic goals. Geography to cover and travel requirements

• Global responsibility with travel up to 20% annually to domestic and international locations. 
• For the first six months, this role will be fully onsite (Monday–Friday). After that period, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days per week.

The Customer Support Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for providing and achieving outstanding customer service and total satisfaction to existing and prospective customers while building positive customer relationships to help enable development of new business opportunities.  The CSC is the foundation for customer support providing a source for initial contact for customers.  The CSC is responsible for customer order and quote management to include contract review, price analysis, delivery performance, and general reporting. This position at times may need to source and purchase product from internal and 3rd party suppliers. 

The CSC works with Logistic and Manufacturing facilities as well as supports Sales Engineers(SE), Application Engineers(AE), Customers Support Account Leads (CSAL), and Management to achieve their goals and KPIs.  As a result of the large team, they often have multiple tasks competing for their time requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.   

In some situations, the CSC may handle accounts within a team or solo.  As a result, they may be required to perform additional duties as needed to support accounts.

• Customer Management: 
  • Ensure contract review is executed in accordance with AS standards and local procedures in a timely fashion

Education and Experience

What you bring 

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the anti-vibration products industry
• Degree qualified in Mechanical or Polymer Engineering
• Ability to design and communicate the information presented on complex engineering drawings, and have a sound grasp of product design. 3D CAD knowledge is an essential requirement

Summary

This role will have one HR Manager reporting to them who sits in the Denver, CO location and supports that site full time. 

Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Management Impact: Serve as a key member of the Management Team, contributing to departmental goal-setting and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Workforce planning & staffing: Collaborate with Operations leaders to strategically plan and deliver staffing outcomes. You and your team will lead end-to-end direct labor hiring, from requisition through onboarding, and support managers with workforce planning activities while ensuring all employment actions comply with applicable state and federal labor laws.
• Benefits Administration: Working closely with Trelleborg Group, deliver annual enrollment options. Serve as a resource for all benefits inquiries including health, dental and life insurance, STD, LTD, FSA, HSA, 401K, holidays, and PTO.
• Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with TSS US HR team to develop and administer consistent procedures and approve site level policies and procedures, as necessary.
• HRIS/Reporting: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant employee data across all HR information systems, including ERP and payroll platforms, benefits and insurance systems, and external vendor databases. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making for managers and supervisors.
• Employment Law: Exercise judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies and all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to FLSA, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, UI, WC, and EEO. Ensure team meets all governmental and company reporting requirements.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all employee relations matters. Lead and coordinate workplace investigations, providing guidance and recommendations for appropriate resolution. Coach and support supervisors and managers in addressing grievances, managing conflict, and navigating sensitive employee conversations.
• Employee Engagement: Proactively solicit feedback from employees at every level of the organization in an effort to develop and maintain a high performing culture. Champion initiatives, culture and develop/implement action plans relevant to the results. Drive accountability and a healthy association to conflict.
• Training and Performance Management: Coordinate/develop training plans as needed. Manage annual review process and assist in performance management including coaching, disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Org Chart: Ensure organizational chart, job descriptions and job titles remain current and aligned. Recommend and implement changes when necessary.
• Other tasks and projects as necessary or assigned.

Educational Requirements:

• 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in progressive HR roles
• Ability to travel ~30%; this role supports manufacturing locations in Albany, NY; Giddings, TX and Plymouth, MN

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Shift Technician to join our Maintenance Department.

As a Shift Technician, you will support day-to-day maintenance activities, including fault finding, preventive maintenance, project support, and continuous improvement initiatives across production equipment and systems. As a shift technician, you are the primary key person during morning shifts, afternoon shifts, night shifts, and weekends for plant stability and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the department head or engineer regarding tasks and assist in additional departmental activities as required.
• Assist in problem-solving on plant systems, production equipment, and general plant services.
• Act as a primary key person during afternoon shift, night shift, and weekends for plant stability.
• First responder for emergencies, alarms, and breakdowns during shift.
• Continue with corrective action duties when no emergencies are present.
• Coordinate with day-afternoon-night shift respectively for proper handovers and unresolved issues.
• Support new equipment installations and ongoing project implementations.

Summary of the role

The ERP IT Business Analyst Distribution supports JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Distribution processes across Trelleborg Medical Solutions sites. This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and Information Systems teams to implement, enhance, and support the JDE Distribution solutions in alignment with the TMS site template and business process standards.

The position contributes to all phases of project delivery, including use cases assessment, data mapping, GAP analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support. The role is also responsible for functional support and continuous improvement of distribution modules related system configuration.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in ERP Projects as a distribution IT Business Analyst for JDE E1 distribution modules, addressing project activities, such as, ERP configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.  
• Implement, support, and improve systems processes related to sales order management, distribution, shipping, pricing, and invoicing. 
• Work closely with site users and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, prioritize tasks, and functional requirements. 
• Review system solutions and validate that configurations meet business needs and template standards. 
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. 
• Collaborate with the technical team to review specifications, support testing, and validate configurations. · Support system enhancements, integrations, and other projects impacting distribution. 
• Develop and maintain Hubble/Reports Now reports and other functional documentation.

Education and Experience

This role acts as a Data & Reporting Business Partner for Trelleborg Medical Solutions, supporting business stakeholders with governance, administration, and optimization of ReportsNow dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reporting solutions primarily within the JD Edwards ERP and related business systems.

The position serves as the ReportsNow solution administrator, overseeing report standards, scheduling controls, data integrity, and controlled report distribution. It also provides user training and guidance, enabling business teams to develop and enhance their own reports in a structured and sustainable manner.

Acting as an interface between IT and business functions, the role supports more complex analytical requirements, ensuring alignment between reporting solutions and operational processes, increasing data visibility, decision-making agility, and overall reporting maturity within TMS.

Summary of the role

The Regional Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for the overall sales management, support and guidance of Trelleborg Medical Solutions Sales Engineers (SE). The Sales Manager will plan, direct, and monitor the activities and performance of this team within the region.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to ensure the SE promotes and sells Trelleborg Medical Solutions portfolio of solutions and services in order to achieve sales and profit targets. The RSM coordinates all regional sales activities, conducts sales meetings and formulates sales and profit forecasts as well as establishes and builds relationships within key customers and prospective target accounts. As an integral part of the Business Unit leadership team, the SM assists in management & business reviews.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The primary function of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is one of sales management, support, and guidance of the Sales Engineer Team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible to promote and sell Trelleborg Medical Solutions portfolio of solutions and services within the region in order to achieve sales and profit targets.

• Attract, Hire, Develop, Coach, Retain and Lead a professional and well organized team of Sales Engineers.
• Direct, Coordinate, and Motivate a team of Sales Engineers to attain sales and profit growth objectives. Establish and foster a positive, goal driven work environment.
• Coordination of all sales activities within the region in order to gain market share and increase overall profits as defined by each SE’s territory & account plans.
• Assist in developing the Trelleborg Medical Solutions Business Plan for the region, inclusive of Continuous Improvement targets.
• Work closely with the TMS segment team and Marketing Department, developing and executing Sales and Marketing Strategies. Conduct sales meetings. Formulate Sales & Profit forecasts and budgets.
• Assists the TMS segment team in management reviews, business reviews and business plans.
• Provide the required business reporting documents in a timely manner. These reports include Month End Reports, Key Performance Indicators and Policy Deployment targets to improve.
• Work with TMS segment team and Marketing department to increase Trelleborg Brand Awareness and identify Marketing needs and opportunities for region.
• Make joint sales visits with SE’s in order to coach SE on how to build customer relationships, pursue and qualify new sales leads, drive Customer Satisfaction and generate Projects for Sales Growth.
• Complete 10+ sales visits per month with mix of new & existing accounts.
• Assist and coach SE in building customer relationships and strategic partnerships, assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions and services, responding to complex customer inquiries; negotiating prices and delivery times, and winning sales orders to meet sales targets. Assist and coach SE on how to utilize Trelleborg resources where appropriate and needed.
• Help SE identify, research, and contact assigned growth customers that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Collaborate with business development role to identify new emerging customers.
• Provide market feedback and intelligence for use by the TMS segment team and Marketing Department
• Promote Trelleborg solutions and be a total solution provider.
• Assist in establishing the market selling price and profit margin utilizing market research, tools and methods along with the support of the TMS segment team.
• Develop short and long-term strategic sales plans for key territories and accounts utilizing Sales Excellence Tools. Meet and review with the TMS segment team quarterly.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure that customer projects, quotations and orders are processed efficiently, correctly and in a timely manner.
• Represent the TMS segment team in cross-functional teams: Sales Projects, Sales Excellence, etc.
• Provide proactive communication, analysis and problem solving

Summary of the role

In the role of Integration Analyst, you will deliver secure, scalable, and reliable data flows that support our global operations. The Aerospace Quality Engineer supports AS9100-compliant quality activities for complex aerospace components and assemblies across commercial, defense, and space programs. Tasks and Responsibilities:

About the Job

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supply Chain Buyer/Planner is responsible for planning and expediting required materials for the production floor to satisfy customer delivery needs while optimizing production efficiencies and inventory investments and will purchase various supplies and equipment for the operation based on established procedures and guidelines. This position works directly with the other supply chain team members and the local operating team to establish priorities to meet forecast plans and current customer demand. In addition, this position will also contribute to the direct scheduling of production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
• Track and monitor materials from initial shipment from the supplier to final delivery at the site
• Monitor and track inventory levels on-hand and on-order, including managing delivery issues through proactive follow-up and escalation
• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders for our suppliers
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc. in-line with site and business priorities
• Tracking production volume, monitoring customer demand patterns, and purchasing trends

The Process Development Engineer will optimize the process design for new products using our pilot extrusion coating line for R&D prototyping of polyurethane-coated fabrics. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with process problem-solving, working closely with Product Development Engineers to translate product specifications into scalable manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will drive process optimization, troubleshoot coating issues, conduct testing, and ensure new products meet performance and quality standards.

• Oversee and optimize the operation of the pilot extrusion coating line for R&D prototype production.
• Work collaboratively with Product Development Engineers to execute coating trials, optimize process parameters, and scale processes from pilot to production. 
• Maintain detailed trial reports, communicating findings and recommendations to engineering and product development teams. Work safely in a laboratory and manufacturing setting. 

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or similar technical field
• 2-5 years of technical industrial R&D experience

Extrusion Pilot Line Operator

The Extrusion Pilot Line Operator is responsible for operating a state-of-the-art pilot extrusion coating line used for research and development at a new manufacturing facility in Forest City, NC. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our product innovation process, helping transform ideas into market-ready solutions while upholding our strong safety and quality culture. This role reports directly to the New Product Development Manager and works closely with product development engineers and technicians.

• Operating a complex machine from a central control panel while coordinating/helping other team members in support activities.

• Produce parts from information contained in the manufacturing orders.
• Read and understand a technical drawing and understand the use of tool cutting points and TNR compensation.

• Check physical seal dimensions with various mechanical and optical measuring equipment and ensure that they are within the tolerance specified on the drawing.

• Set and operate several CNC machines as required.

Experience & Skills…

You’ll bring hands-on experience in CNC turning, along with a solid background in engineering and production. You’re confident reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings and take pride in producing high-quality components from that information.

Ideally, you’ll have experience working with Fanuc controls or Okuma machines, although this isn’t essential if you’re keen to learn. You’ll enjoy the variety of working across multiple CNC machines and feel comfortable adapting to different products and production areas as required.

You will also:

• Have relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Engineering or Manufacturing) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Have proven experience operating CNC machinery within a production environment.
• Be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer is responsible for technical ownership of an inherited line retrofit with known scope misses and immovable schedule constraints. The Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for rapidly learning both legacy and new process and manufacturing methods and identifying and closing process and equipment gaps by scoping, designing, quoting, and submitting CAPEX change orders required to produce the new products that justified the retrofit, while ensuring successful run-off producing quality sellable product.

• Achieve working fluency in legacy and new process flows, CTQs, constraints, and failure modes
• Build and maintain a Gap Register including missing equipment/capability, consequences, options, cost/lead time, install window and risks
• Convert gaps into executable packages: scope, design intent, RFQs, quotes, CAPEX and change orders, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure mechanical process readiness for run-off including utilities, guarding, access, maintainability, safety integration, and training artifacts
• Become fluent with Project Transfer documentation to absorb constraints, decision trail, and daily priorities
• Document legacy vs. new process differences and identify what is required to achieve “quality, sellable product” at run-off
• Develop a working map of CTQs and process windows for legacy and new products
• Own scope development for missing equipment and capabilities including process equipment, material handling, thermal and process systems and instrumentation, utilities
• Develop RFQ packages and coordinate vendor engagement; compress lead times by issuing early and refining with addenda as needed
• Drive change orders and CAPEX with objective success metrics and acceptance criteria; maintain change control and document assumptions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years direct experience and responsibility for industrial automation in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience scoping and implementing process equipment changes in a live plant environment required

About the Job

Reporting to the North America - Controller, the Plant Controller is responsible for all phases of accounting, financial reporting, and other financial activities for a manufacturing site.  The Plant Controller will assist in the continual development and improvement of business processes as well as implementation of accounting policies and procedures, while working with plant management to optimize operating results.

Responsibilities  

• Oversee the activities of Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets
• Uses automated systems to input data, reconcile transactions and oversees trial balance maintenance
• Manages month end/quarter end/year end closing activities and ensures compliance with Trelleborg financial reporting policies
• Manages fixed asset reporting, including budgeting, spend management, and asset capitalization
• Reviews cost and variance trends; researching significant variations and recommending appropriate response
• Prepares daily operating performance analysis; including inventory movements, sales, and cost of goods sold, to identify significant issues in a timely fashion
• Maintains and updates product standard cost in SAP
• Reviews new BOMs and Routers submitted for costing accuracy
• Evaluates and approves cost review requests, including operating impact analysis
• Prepares cost estimates for new products and cost variations of existing products
• Performs monthly inventory valuation
• Manages inventory processes including cycle counting
• Assists in preparing and monitoring of operating forecasts based on budgets. Review significant variations and analyze operating impact
• Establishes labor and overhead rates in line with operating budgets
• Performs annual cost roll and inventory revaluation. Works with purchasing and operations management to enhance accuracy of cost components
• Assists shared service center function with information and/or analysis when requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, cost accounting preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with previous supervisory experience
• Experience in SAP
• Demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications, Power BI is a plus
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas, Power Query)
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required

The Engineering Supervisor oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well a cost efficiency; ensures the manufacturing and process engineering teams and cross-functional departments work together cohesively; and is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process; leads and directs the work of assigned manufacturing engineers and process engineers.Key contributor in operational excellence annual savings objectives.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Reviews and filters new business opportunities, assesses risks to manufacturing, and provides alternatives to customers with partnership with NPD, Commericial and Estimators
• Monitors plant capacity and implements solutions with leadership team buy- in
• Analyzes and designs lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools to optimize use of space, equipment, material and personnel
• Assists in developing plant layout in planning rearrangement of facilities, equipment and operations for better utilization of space
• Works closely with new product development, quality and maintenance personnel to prevent problems with products and tooling/fixtures/automation
• Ensures all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times
• Stays informed concerning new manufacturing technologies and equipment in order to manufacture and reduce cost through efficiencies
• Supports all current and new product introductions including aged tooling replacements.
• Determines and eliminates root causes and diminishes occurrences in the manufacturing process
• Mentors and coaches new Manufacturing Engineers and other employees as needed
• Maintains department related documentation (training, work instructions)
• Leads implementation and ownership of new capacity or improvement related projects
• Lead reducing cost through re-engineering product/material/process

Education & Experience

Required

• 4 year degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Understanding of ISO9001 or 13485 standards

Desired

• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience in tool design/modifications
• Lean Six Sigma Green, Black Belt Training or other lean certifications
• Experience with clean room manufacturing, medical manufacturing, and/or injection molding

About the role

As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and independently verifying product, process, and system quality across the organization. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements, and provide objective oversight of manufacturing activities. You will operate independently of production priorities and has authority over audits, nonconformance management, corrective actions, and product acceptance decision.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and related documentation
• Define quality standards, inspection criteria, control plans, and acceptance requirements
• Lead internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits
• Own the nonconformance, CAPA, and preventive action processes, including effectiveness verification
• Perform and validate root cause analysis for quality issues

What you bring

Summary of the Role:

The Customer Support Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for providing and achieving outstanding customer service and total satisfaction to existing and prospective customers while building positive customer relationships to help enable development of new business opportunities.  The CSC is the foundation for customer support providing a source for initial contact for customers.  The CSC is responsible for customer order and quote management to include contract review, price analysis, estimating, purchasing, delivery performance, and general reporting.  This position at times may need to source and purchase product from internal and 3rd party suppliers. 

The CSC works with Logistic and Manufacturing facilities as well as supports Sales Engineers(SE), Application Engineers(AE), Customers Support Account Leads (CSAL), and Management to achieve their goals and KPIs.  As a result of the large team, they often have multiple tasks competing for their time requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.   

In some situations, the CSC may handle accounts within a team or solo.  As a result, they may be required to perform additional duties as needed to support accounts.
