Som Junior Kvalitetstekniker blir du en del av vår kvalitetsavdelning och arbetar nära både produktion, projekt och erfarna processtekniker. Rollen innebär att du successivt tar mer ansvar och utvecklas inom kvalitetsmetoder, processer och kundkrav. Du kommer få introduktion, handledning och stöd för att tryggt växa in i rollen.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

• Medverka i hantering av avvikelser, reklamationer och rotorsaksanalyser inom produktionen
• Stödja arbetet med förbättringar av processer och rutiner
• Delta vid interna revisioner, förbättringsarbete och uppföljning av kvalitetsmål

Vem vi söker

Vi söker dig som är nyfiken, strukturerad och vill utvecklas inom kvalitetsarbete. Du behöver inte kunna allt från start – det viktiga är att du har rätt grund och vilja att lära.

Vi tror att du har:

• Teknisk gymnasial utbildning, YH eller motsvarande utbildning är meriterande

We are seeking a skilled Injection Tool design Engineer to join our team. The role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing a robust supply base for high-quality, precision CNC-turned components. This role involves managing the full vendor lifecycle, from initial sourcing and technical assessment to performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret product requirements to inform mold design.
• Design rubber injection mold tools, ensuring deep technical expertise in both rubber and elastomer component design.
• Apply strong knowledge of CAD/CAE tools to create detailed and accurate mold designs.
• Utilize Moldflow simulation software to optimize designs and predict manufacturing outcomes.
• Incorporate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• Manage the end-to-end tool design process, from initial concept through to manufacturing release.
• Work closely with product design, tooling, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Interact with toolmakers and vendors to communicate design intent and resolve technical issues
• Utilize Moldflow simulation, filling analysis, cooling analysis, and curing prediction.
• Optimize design for cycle time, part quality, and defect prevention (air traps, scorch, short fills)
• Create detailed BOMs, tool drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Maintain adherence to company standards, industry norms, and safety guidelines.
• Provide documentation for tool trials, validations, and engineering change orders
• Support root‑cause analysis for molding defects and implement design corrections.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Tool Engineering, or equivalent.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in rubber mold tool design, preferably injection molding.

• Strong proficiency in CAD tools: Siemens NX, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier identification and evaluation:
  • Identify potential  suppliers of precision CNC-turned parts through market research and industry networking.
  • Conduct technical, quality, and commercial assessments to qualify and onboard new vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities based on machinery, quality systems, capacity, and financial stability.
• Technical collaboration and development:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing specifications, and material requirements.
  • Support vendors in defining the manufacturing process sequence and optimizing cycle times.
  • Drive new product development and first-article approval (PPAP/APQP) processes with vendors.
  • Guide vendors in enhancing their processes and implementing lean manufacturing practices.

• Sourcing and negotiation:
  • Prepare and analyze RFQs/RFPs, ensuring cost breakdowns are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Vendor performance and management:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular vendor audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive corrective actions (8D) to resolve quality and delivery issues.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks by ensuring alternate sourcing is in place for critical components.
• Documentation and reporting:
  • Maintain and update all vendor records, documentation, and sourcing information in the ERP system.

Generate and present management information reports (MIS) on vendor performance, cost savings, and project status.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

• 5+ years in vendor development, strategic sourcing, or procurement within a manufacturing or automotive setting. Experience with machined parts is mandatory.

• Deep understanding of CNC Turning processes, tooling, and materials.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and automotive standards (PPAP, APQP).

Summary

The Engineering Supervisor oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well a cost efficiency; ensures the manufacturing and process engineering teams and cross-functional departments work together cohesively; and is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process; leads and directs the work of assigned manufacturing engineers and process engineers.Key contributor in operational excellence annual savings objectives.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Reviews and filters new business opportunities, assesses risks to manufacturing, and provides alternatives to customers with partnership with NPD, Commericial and Estimators
• Monitors plant capacity and implements solutions with leadership team buy- in
• Analyzes and designs lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools to optimize use of space, equipment, material and personnel
• Assists in developing plant layout in planning rearrangement of facilities, equipment and operations for better utilization of space
• Works closely with new product development, quality and maintenance personnel to prevent problems with products and tooling/fixtures/automation
• Ensures all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times
• Stays informed concerning new manufacturing technologies and equipment in order to manufacture and reduce cost through efficiencies
• Supports all current and new product introductions including aged tooling replacements.
• Determines and eliminates root causes and diminishes occurrences in the manufacturing process
• Mentors and coaches new Manufacturing Engineers and other employees as needed
• Maintains department related documentation (training, work instructions)
• Leads implementation and ownership of new capacity or improvement related projects
• Lead reducing cost through re-engineering product/material/process

Education & Experience

Required

• 4 year degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Understanding of ISO9001 or 13485 standards

Desired

• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience in tool design/modifications
• Lean Six Sigma Green, Black Belt Training or other lean certifications
• Experience with clean room manufacturing, medical manufacturing, and/or injection molding

Ihr Profil

About the role

As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and independently verifying product, process, and system quality across the organization. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements, and provide objective oversight of manufacturing activities. II. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

- This is responsible for leading the spare parts team and ensuring the effective day-to-day execution of spares sales, order processing, and delivery to customers worldwide. The role is hands-on and operationally focused, acting as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, supporting the team under pressure, and ensuring consistent service, accuracy, and delivery performance.

From a strategic perspective, the role drives continuous improvement of spares processes and systems, using operational insight and customer feedback. By setting clear standards, developing team capability, and enhancing the spares customer experience, the role supports long-term customer relationships and growth.

III. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global spare parts operations, taking a hands-on role to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of spare parts to customers worldwide across multiple regions, time zones, and logistics networks, in line with OEM standards and customer commitments.

• Execute and oversee end-to-end global order processing, with direct involvement where required, including:

- Preparation and issuance of accurate spare parts quotations for international customers

- Review, clarification, and acceptance of customer purchase orders across different markets

- Accurate and timely order entry, maintenance, and issue resolution within the ERP system

• Actively manage global delivery performance, working closely with logistics providers, supply chain, service teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure international orders are fulfilled on time and issues are resolved quickly and pragmatically.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for global spares matters, personally driving resolution of complex operational, delivery, pricing, or customer issues through cross-functional and cross-regional coordination.

• Lead, manage, and support spares team members located locally and remotely, including colleagues based in other countries, ensuring clear communication, aligned priorities, consistent processes, and effective collaboration across time zones.

• Work closely with globally distributed internal stakeholders, including Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of spares-related activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers worldwide, providing clear and timely communication, managing expectations across regions, and ensuring a consistently high level of service.

• Produce regular operational and performance reporting for a global audience, including sales, order intake, backlog, delivery performance, and KPI reporting, providing clear visibility of trends, risks, and required actions across regions.

• Monitor, manage, and deliver agreed global KPIs, taking corrective action where required to ensure targets for spares sales, delivery reliability, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Own the spares function from a global operational strategy perspective, ensuring daily execution aligns with broader aftermarket, customer lifecycle, and OEM business objectives across all regions.

• Lead revisions to standard global spares pricing, balancing regional market conditions, commercial competitiveness, margin objectives, and cost recovery while consulting with Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using operational data and frontline experience from across regions to improve processes, systems, efficiency, and scalability of global spares operations.

• Partner with Sales and Service teams globally to develop and implement practical strategies, tools, and processes that grow spares revenue, improve aftermarket penetration, and strengthen long-term customer relationships worldwide.

• Use global reporting and operational insights to inform strategy, highlighting opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and performance improvement across markets and regions.

• Ensure compliance with internal governance and international requirements, including export controls, trade compliance, and contractual obligations associated with supplying spare parts to customers worldwide.

IV. ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience in spares, aftermarket, inside sales, customer service, logistics, or supply chain roles within an OEM, industrial, or technically complex environment.

• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on operational role, with direct responsibility for spare parts quoting, order processing, delivery coordination, and customer issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing or leading team members.

• Strong customer-facing experience dealing with external customers globally, including managing escalations, complex requirements, and service expectations in English.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders worldwide.

• Commercial awareness and analytical capability, including understanding of pricing structures, margins, KPIs, and operational performance drivers within a global spares environment.

This role combines hands-on equipment operation with process problem-solving, working closely with Product Development Engineers to translate product specifications into scalable manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will drive process optimization, troubleshoot coating issues, conduct testing, and ensure new products meet performance and quality standards.

• Oversee and optimize the operation of the pilot extrusion coating line for R&D prototype production.
• Work collaboratively with Product Development Engineers to execute coating trials, optimize process parameters, and scale processes from pilot to production. 
• Maintain detailed trial reports, communicating findings and recommendations to engineering and product development teams. Work safely in a laboratory and manufacturing setting. 

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or similar technical field
• 2-5 years of technical industrial R&D experience

The Account Manager for Eastern part of Romanian market (Brasov, Ploiesti, Galati, Bacau) is responsible for promoting and selling products and services within an assigned market segment for the defined focus accounts. The AM is responsible for building relationships with the appointed accounts and potential prospects in order to fill up the opportunity pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales and Profit target according to the defined goals

Summary of the Role: 

This position is a strategic business partner to the VP HR, TSS in managing HR functions throughout the Americas, managing consistency in policy and procedure execution across all facets of the organization, supporting organizational change (structure & process), ensuring talent acquisition and development is successful to meet growth targets, and oversees the performance management process, as well as ensuring consistency in compensation and benefits packages. Education and Experience:

Overall Responsibilities:

Manufacturing

• Operation of mixing, extrusion, braiding, packing and cutting machines as well as post-cure ovens: including loading of raw material, unloading of parts if necessary, in-line quality checking, rough trimming, machine fine-tuning.
• Operations of single cutting machines – including initial setting, loading/unloading, in-line checking of quality.
• Utilising inspection equipment for in-process product quality checks as required.

Summary of the Role:

The Customer Support Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for providing and achieving outstanding customer service and total satisfaction to existing and prospective customers while building positive customer relationships to help enable development of new business opportunities.  The CSC is the foundation for customer support providing a source for initial contact for customers.  The CSC is responsible for customer order and quote management to include contract review, price analysis, estimating, purchasing, delivery performance, and general reporting.  This position at times may need to source and purchase product from internal and 3rd party suppliers. 

The CSC works with Logistic and Manufacturing facilities as well as supports Sales Engineers(SE), Application Engineers(AE), Customers Support Account Leads (CSAL), and Management to achieve their goals and KPIs.  As a result of the large team, they often have multiple tasks competing for their time requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Role
At our Helsingør site, we are looking for a Product Manager who can bridge market needs and factory capabilities to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. As Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally within the group and share responsibility for everything from market positioning and pricing to technical feasibility and manufacturing execution. Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Market Leadership

• Own and develop the local product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global product line strategies and target market needs

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the on time completion of preventative maintenance throughout the assigned areas while conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner. In all duties preformed the Maintenance Technician, safe operations must be maintained in support of TSS Denver’s Vision–Mission–Values (VMV). The Maintenance Technician will perform the necessary functions to complete other types of work orders while operating alone or with a team and the daily tasks of filling fluids, emptying of refuse and helping or running production within the cells if needed.

Education and Experience

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1-year previous maintenance experience, trade or technical school preferred. Must have a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and all types of production/industrial machines. Should also have prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use basic hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, etc.) as required

Summary of the Role: 

The Regional Finance Director (RFD) – Americas is responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership across all manufacturing sites within the region. This position leads a team of Site Controllers, reports to the Business Unit Finance Director and partners closely with the Regional Director to drive performance, strengthen financial governance, and support continuous improvement across the manufacturing footprint. The Process Engineer follows good manufacturing practices (GMP) and principles to develop robust manufacturing processes. Has a primary role in the engineering of new or modified manufacturing operations in a clean-room environment.

Salary band $79,500-102,000

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Analyzes new product specifications and translates these into manufacturing processes to establish production rates, achieve expected quality levels and establish reliability of finished product.
• Expert user of manufacturing equipment, intimately understands machine functions and can determine what equipment is required to produce a given product
• Working knowledge of automation systems to be able to use and troubleshoot them once implemented by the automation team
• Conducts reviews of new and revised tooling.
• Acts as tooling design review input champion.
• Develops and optimizes process parameters for new tools.
• Develops process parameters for secondary operations such as ultrasonic welding, bonding, cutting, slitting, and testing.
• Conducts data analysis and collaboration with Quality Engineering.
• Understands process validation steps and goals and works with the quality engineering team to provide guidance on how to validate new production processes
• Identifies Operational Qualification (OQ) process parameters and Performance Qualification (PQ) settings.
• Develops and documents standard operating procedures and product-specific operating procedures
• Trains manufacturing personnel on new production processes
• Performs DOEs, and participates in the development of control plans, Process Maps, and PFMEA documentation.
• Organizes internal cross-functional teams and corresponding outside vendors needed to meet project needs.
• Uses standard problem solving tools, e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone.
• Applies effective inter-departmental communication and escalation.
• Owns tooling and process from a manufacturability standpoint from development to production release.
• Partners with Quality department on investigation and corrective action for any failed First Article Inspection or OQ/PQ.

Education and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Plastics or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or 10 years equivalent work experience.

• Hands-on (operating manufacturing equipment) processing experience with injection molding and elastomer extrusion

Summary of the Role:

The Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.  This position is key to participating in and overseeing safety and environmental related audits and programs both internal and external.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

1. Works closely with staff in engineering, human resources, legal, operations, and research and development.

2. Provides technical safety and health support and information to production and corporate personnel.

3. Prepares written safety and health programs and policies.

4. Identifies company safety training needs and develops and coordinates safety training programs.

5. Develops annual company safety and health goals.

6. Participates in new product/process reviews, including process hazard analyses, operator training, etc.

7. Supports plant engineering to implement engineering controls to minimize safety and occupational health

    hazards.

8. Supports plant personnel in selection of appropriate personal protective equipment.

9. Promotes safety and health awareness through internal company memoranda, newsletters and specific training programs.

10. Serves as member of the environmental health and safety committee.

11. Participates in company occupational safety and health committee.

12. Assists as necessary in implementation of a hazard communication program and preparation of reports.

13. Reviews process-operating procedures/records and provides input for safety and health considerations.

14. Understands federal and state occupational safety and health regulations and monitors regulatory changes as they occur.

15. Provides technical support to corporate and plant personnel to ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations.

16. Advises manufacturing plants and corporate staff of regulatory changes with which the plants must comply. Sufficient advance notice should be provided so that compliance on the effective date of new regulations is ensured.

17. Audits practices and records of manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with company programs and federal/state occupational safety and health regulations.

18. Monitors lost-time injuries/illnesses and worker’s compensation claims.

19. Reviews plant safety committee meeting minutes and safety inspection reports and follows up as necessary.

20. Reviews injury/illness and noninjury incident investigation reports and follows up as necessary.

21. Participate in, and continuously improve, the facility’s certification programs (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Asp100, etc.) to achieve plant goals and objectives.

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety science, engineering, or industrial hygiene discipline or, three to five year’s of experience in coordination of environmental health and safety experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

    1. Excellent working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and local, state, and federal regulations as they relate to environmental health and safety.

    2. Ability to execute emergency response, behavior based safety and risk assessments.

    3. Must have previous knowledge and understanding of industrial hygiene sampling, hazardous waste, fire safety and ergonomics.

    4. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization both written and verbal; must be able to effectively collaborate to drive cultural change.

    5. Ability to effectively train all levels of employees.

    6. Must have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and excellent problem solving skills.

    7. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

    8. Ability to promote continuous change priorities while achieving desired results.

    9. Knowledge of 5S is preferred.

    10. Knowledge of materials and material requirements is helpful.
