Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich Logistik am Standort Gärtringen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt  zunächst befristet bis zum 30.06.2025 und im Rahmen eines Umzugsprojektes Dich als Aushilfe zur administratorischen Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, als Vollzeitkraft in der System- und Stammdatenpflege (m/w/d).

Nach erfolgreichem SAP-Roll-Out in 2023 steht in 2025 ein weiteres Projekt an, der Umzug in unser neues Logistik Center an, einerseits produkttechnisch und andererseits systemtechnisch, bedingt durch die Umstellung auf SAP EWM, das neue Lagermanagementsystem.

Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich

• Sachbearbeitung und Unterstützung im Tagesgschäft
• System- und Stammdatenpflege in SAP EWM
• Bearbeitung und Prüfung der elektronischen Bestellvorgänge
• Verwaltung unserer Kunden­datenbank im Warehouse Management System
• Erstellung und Pflege von kundenspezifischen Dokumenten wie Labels oder Lieferscheine
• Überwachung und Verbesserung der Stammdatenqualität
• Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Logistikprozesse (abteilungsübergreifend)

 Dafür bringst Du mit

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
• eine hohe IT-Affinität und gute MS Office Kenntnisse
• SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil, insbesondere SAP EWM
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition, Supply Chain Management ebenfalls von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, befriedigende Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Lead time maintenance for Europe (SAP) and US(JDE).
• Monitoring open Item Creation requests in Process Director to resolve outstanding issues.
• Monitoring the shared Data Management e-mail and correcting master data issues.

About the Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience:

• Preferred bachelor's degree from reputed institute
• 3-4 Years of Experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience or Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Material Master (Material creation, modification, Plant & sales org extension in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG according to rules.
• Knowledge in ERP SAP S4 Hana & JD Edwards

Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise business communications

We’re seeking a Customer Service employee (f/m/d) fixed-term for 2 years
Following the completion of onsite training and onboarding, the option for a fully remote Home Office becomes available.

Roles & responsibilities:

• As a Customer Service employee (m/f/d) you will be responsible for entering customer orders and monitoring the order backlog
• You will independently create and send order confirmations to our customers and check customer accounts and customer-specific requirements
