Som Supply Chain Planning Specialist bliver du en del af et mindre planlægningsteam, som har det overordnede ansvar for den løbende planlægning på tværs af alle vores produktionsområder. Du spiller en central rolle i at understøtte både Supply Chain og Operations og er med til at sikre, at vores planlægningsprocesser understøtter virksomhedens mål for levering, kvalitet og effektivitet.

  • Daglig planlægning på tværs af vores produktionsområder
  • Forstå kundernes behov og omsætte dem til effektiv planlægning i SAP og TMS
  • Samarbejde med internationale kunder, sælgere og globale indkøbsfunktioner omkring ordrer og leverancer
  • Vedligeholde og sikre opdateringer af vores understøttende masterdata
  • Udarbejdelse af dataanalyser samt anbefalinger til understøttelse af beslutningsprocesser
  • Proaktiv håndtering samt kommunikation af udfordringer og afvigelser i forhold til planen
  • Understøttelse af beslutninger om bemanding i produktionsområderne med afsæt i produktionsplanerne

Hvem er du?
Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en relevant videregående uddannelse inden for Engineering, Supply Chain, HD eller tilsvarende
  • Har minimum to års erfaring fra en lignende rolle inden for planlægning eller Supply Chain
  • Kommunikerer flydende på dansk og engelsk

Summary of the Role:

About the Job

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to handle end-to-end supply chain operations across our manufacturing units. This role involves managing procurement, inventory and logistics  to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of raw materials and services
  • Work with vendors and track purchase orders
  • Maintain inventory and ensure material availability
  • Oversee logistics (inbound, outbound, and exports)
  • Handle export documentation and coordination
  • Lead and guide the supply chain team
  • Track performance and improve processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s in Supply Chain / Operations)
  • 8–12 years of experience in supply chain (manufacturing/fabrication preferred)
  • Good understanding of procurement, inventory, and logistics
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Team handling and coordination skills
