 Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich

  • Durchführung von täglichen Objektbegehungen, inklusiver Pflege des Außenbereichs von Grünschnittarbeiten
  • Übernahme kleinerer Reparaturarbeiten, sowie Überwachung und Steuerung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Überwachung und Abnahme von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten (Unterzeichnung von Berichten und Stundenzetteln) der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Koordination zwischen internen und externen Fachabteilungen und Dienstleistern
  • Durchführung von Inspektionen, Fehlerbehebungen, Testläufe Sicht- und Funktionsprüfungen der Gebäudetechnikanlagen einschließlich der Sicherheits- und Steuerungseinrichtungen
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Wartungs- und Reparaturplänen und Verfassen von Wochenberichten
  • Feststellung und Beseitigung von Brandlasten, als auch Auslesen und Aufzeichnen von Zählerständen
  • Koordination von Schneeräumungsdiensten und Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Mitarbeit in Projekten

 Dafür bringen Sie mit 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Gebäudetechniker, Elektriker oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management und Gebäudetechnik von Vorteil
  • Gewerkübergreifende Kenntnisse in der Heizungs-, Elektro-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik wünschenswert 
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in der deutschen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)

  • Experience of working with ERP systems.

  • Leading a team to managing all activities connected to wider supply chain management tasks like demand planning, inventory planning, raw material buying process and logistics

Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich Logistik am Standort Gärtringen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt  zunächst befristet auf 2 Jahre Sie als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) operative Logistik. 

 Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich

  • Verpacken und etikettieren der Ware gemäß interner Verpackungsrichtlinie
  • termingerechte Abfertigung der Sendungen über computergesteuertes Lagerverwaltungssytem
  • Interne Verteilung nach Folgezielen
  • Nachbevorratung des Arbeitsplatzes mit Verpackungs- und Arbeitsmaterial
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften, Prozesse und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Erstellung von Sammellieferungen
  • Verladung der Sendungen
  • Tagesabschluss im Versandsystem

 Dafür bringen Sie mit 

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lager/Logistik/Produktion
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Computerkenntnisse
