Ihre Aufgaben:

• Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit, Unfallverhütung und des Gesundheitsschutzes gemäß ASiG und DGUV Vorschrift 2
• Eigenständige Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie regelmäßigen Arbeitsplatzbegehungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Notfall- und Alarmplänen sowie bei der Analyse und Dokumentation von Arbeitsunfällen und Berufskrankheiten
• Koordination sicherheitstechnischer Maßnahmen bei der Einführung neuer Arbeitsmittel, -stoffe, -plätze oder Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsarzt, Behörden und Berufsgenossenschaften
• Verantwortung für die rechtskonforme Dokumentation sowie die Pflege und Nachweisführung
  sicherheitsrelevanter Unterlagen gemäß geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
• Techniker-/Meisterabschluss oder Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Sicherheitstechnik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise in Industrie oder Logistik
• Zusatzqualifikationen wie Brandschutzbeauftragter, SiGeKo oder Umweltbeauftragter sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus

Demand Planning Manager

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing production and materials planning within Trelleborg’s manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP systems and a strong background in manufacturing environments. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain coordination to meet customer demand and operational goals.

As a representative of our company, the Demand Planning Manager will always operate and represent Trelleborg at the highest ethical standards and in accordance with our core values.

Responsibilities  

• Lead the development and execution of production and materials planning strategies to support manufacturing operations.
• Utilize SAP (e.g., SAP PP, SAP MM) to manage production schedules, material requirements, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless end-to-end planning.
• Monitor and analyze production performance, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components to meet production schedules while minimizing excess inventory.
• Develop and maintain planning KPIs and dashboards using SAP reporting tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes through effective planning and coordination.
• Lead the S&OP monthly process for the organization.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years using SAP.
• Strong knowledge of production planning (SAP PP) and materials management (SAP MM).
• Proven ability to manage complex planning scenarios and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP reporting tools.

Successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems integration and data governance.
• Experience with high mix, low volume production complexity.

Travel Requirements

• Primarily office-based with regular interaction on the production floor.

• Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Konfektionierbereiches (Kapazitäten, Personal, Kosten, Equipment)

Summary of the Role:
The Material Handler’s responsibility is to ensure that the Service PLUS Center materials are accurately handled. These tasks include receipt, pick and pack of goods, delivery and pick up of goods, and other basic warehouse functions.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders
• Basic customer service skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or some college preferred
• 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Customer service experience a plus

Competencies: 

• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• 6S familiarity a plus
• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment. Fork lift certification a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Working knowledge of warehouse data systems
• Solid communication skills
