About the Job

  • You are the first level Global & local approver for material master change requests in MDG.
  • You will be responsible for Mass creations, changes and Creation of B.O.M in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • You must Interact & resolving the end user’s change requests in Process director tool within the defined SLA.
  • Lead time maintenance for Europe (SAP) and US(JDE).
  • Monitoring open Item Creation requests in Process Director to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Monitoring the shared Data Management e-mail and correcting master data issues.

About the Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree from reputed institute
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in Supply Chain.
  • Experience or Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Material Master (Material creation, modification, Plant & sales org extension in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG according to rules.
  • Knowledge in ERP SAP S4 Hana & JD Edwards

Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise business communications
  • Knowledge of Seals, Hydraulic, Cylinder application and Pneumatic systems
  • Knowledge of Rubber/Plastic products

Scope of your role

  • Generate, maintain up-to-date and share appropriately the export control documents needed to operate orders for military products in connection with internal Customer Services, manufacturing plants, and logistic centers
  • Prepare the supporting documentation to address export licence control requests to the French authorities
  • Support the reporting obligations of both companies to the French Authorities in the “post-licence” phase

What defines you

  • Available: First point of contact for all export control documents. Ability to communicate with internal & external partners
  • Law matter curiosity: Understanding of legal or regulatory requirements linked to export control + company guidelines and procedures
