Arbetsuppgifter
Du kommer att:

• Materialförsörjning till produktion
• Registrera och plocka material som ska levereras till kunder globalt
• Hjälpa till med in- och utleveranser
• Bokning av transporter

Du ansvarar för att köra truckarna säkert och effektivt. Du kommer att köra både motvikstruck och ledstaplare. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar lossning och lastning av gods samt hantering av material på lagret. Dessutom kommer du att bidra till att driva och utveckla avdelningen mot nya mål. Arbetstiderna är dagtid.

Profil
Vi ser gärna att du har:

• Truckkort A och B
• Tidigare erfarenhet av truckkörning och lagerarbete

Vi söker dig som är lagspelare, initiativrik, noggrann och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att samarbeta med andra och agera efter ”frihet under ansvar”. Flexibilitet är viktigt då arbetsuppgifterna kan variera. En vilja att driva och utveckla vår avdelning är av stor vikt.

About the Job

This is a permanent role based in our Velten office.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Contact for all customs-related issues
• Control of export and import procedures
• Applying for an export licence with BAFA
• Responsible for the re-certification of the company's customs authorisations (AEO, Authorised Exporter, Registered Exporter, Simplified Procedures)
• Carrying out customs inspections and customs audits
• Monitoring compliance with customs authorisations and customs requirements
• Issue and file import authorisations to forwarding agents
• Optimisation of customs processes
• Training colleagues in the customs area AEO training

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent skills and knowledge
• Several years of professional experience and very good knowledge of customs law
• Confident in the use of MS Office and ERP
• Knowledge and experience of the order processing procedure
• Business fluent in German and English
• Reading technical drawings is an advantage
• Ability to solve problems, team-orientation and communication skills
• Independent and accurate way of working

Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich Logistik am Standort Gärtringen suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Anlagentechniker/ Mechatroniker (m/w/d). 

Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich

• Wartung und Instandhaltung der Logistik-Technik im LCE (z.B. Fördertechnik, Autostore, Multi-Shuttle, AGV, Verpackungsmaschinen)
• Durchführung von Fehlersuchen und Störungsbeseitigungen an automatisierten Fördersystemen
• Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inspektions- und Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplänen
• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und der technischen Anlagen
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von technischen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
• Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Umgang mit der Fördertechnik

Dafür bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Mechatroniker
• Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Fördertechnik oder vergleichbaren Anlagen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Mechanik und Elektrik
• Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik SPS von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit und ggf. Rufbereitschaft

Summary of the Role:
The Material Handler’s responsibility is to ensure that the Service PLUS Center materials are accurately handled. These tasks include receipt, pick and pack of goods, delivery and pick up of goods, and other basic warehouse functions.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders
• Basic customer service skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or some college preferred
• 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Customer service experience a plus

Competencies: 

• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• 6S familiarity a plus
• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment. Fork lift certification a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Working knowledge of warehouse data systems
• Solid communication skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move 40 lbs
• Driver’s License and good driving record
