Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich

• Den qualitätskonformen Betrieb der Anlagen und der dazugehörigen Reinräume, die Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Produktionsparameter im täglichen Serienbetrieb, unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Spezifikationen.
• Die Durchführung der Tätigkeiten an den Anlagen, innerhalb und außerhalb der Reinräume
• Dokumentation und Berichterstellung der Prüf- und Arbeitsergebnisse, sowie Auswertung von Prüfungen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen, als auch das Definieren und Überwachen von KPI`s
• Durchführung von Materialprüfungen und Messungen gemäß den festgelegten Standards und Verfahren. Mitwirkung bei Prüfungen im Rahmen von Produkt-, Prozess- und Serienfreigaben sowie weiteren Aufgaben wie zugewiesen im Rahmen des Tätigkeitfeldes
• Durchführen von technischen Analysen zur Sicherstellung der Reinheits- und Sauberkeitsanforderungen, sowie das Einrichten, Einstellen und Überprüfen der Anlagen und Prüfparameter
• Mitarbeit bei der Reklamationsbearbeitung inkl. 8D Report
• Unterstützung und Entwicklung von neuen Prozessen und Stichproben im Serienbetrieb (Reinigung/Beschichtung/Montage) in Abstimmung mit der Forschungsabteilung
• Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Produktionsdokumenten (Prozessablaufplan, P-FMEA, Prozesslenkungsplan, Arbeitsanweisungen, Schulungsunterlagen …)

 Dafür bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise technischer Abschluss
• Einschlägige Erfahrung aus Tätigkeiten in Sauberkeits- und Reinraumbereichen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung mit Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle und Umgang mit Messmitteln
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit technischen Anlagen
• Kenntnisse und Bewertung einfacher Statistik
• Ausgeprägte Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, sowie Teamorientierung und Belastbarkeit
• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen, sowie SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

Summary of the Role:
The Material Handler’s responsibility is to ensure that the Service PLUS Center materials are accurately handled. These tasks include receipt, pick and pack of goods, delivery and pick up of goods, and other basic warehouse functions.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders
• Basic customer service skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or some college preferred
• 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Customer service experience a plus

Competencies: 

• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• 6S familiarity a plus
• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment. Fork lift certification a plus.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Cadley Hill is looking to recruit a  Master Production Scheduler based at Cadley Hill, Swadlincote, Derbyshire.  Reporting to the Planning Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for capacity planning, material planning,  production planning and scheduling ,with the objective to deliver products in a timely and efficient manner

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Generation of production plans/forecasts
• Maintain the production plan and ensure the plan is in line with customer requirements
• Coordinate material/product release based on lead times and order book requirements
• Identify material shortages for customer demands and report these back to Purchasing
• Working alongside operations team to drive Continuous improvement projects
• Conduct rough cut capacity planning
• Developing on site Cadley Hill S&OP process
• Creating and maintaining weekly scheduling metrics (Schedule adherence/Released on time etc.)
• Effectively review capacity data and mitigate and/or expedite schedule changes as needed
• Developing and managing forecasting for short and long range material planning
• Ensuring alignment between MPS and sales order/contract requirements

Education and Experience

II. Summary of the role:

• Overall responsible for the handling of enquiries, orders, production plan, and deliveries for internal customers

• Responsible for project management from Vietnam manufacturing side, recognize the requirement from each project, make sure a correct and effective information exchanging

• Understand well and strictly follow up the Group Policy regarding to the section for “Order to Cash “(Evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies)

• Working together with Production, Quality, and Technical, and lead for project review and FAT protocol

• Align with the sales strategy, be proactive to take the responsibility for the cooperation and implementation in factory, seek for improvement to raise up the Customer Satisfaction

III. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement projects and logistics plans, schedules and procedures;

• Allocate resources to meet targets in areas such as transit and delivery times;

• Liaise with functional and operational area managers (for example in customer service, sales and production planning) to ensure that supply and activities are integrated with other parts of the business.

• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop projects and logistics staff to ensure that resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.

• Assist for the Customer Complain, help to investigate and well-settled with internal customer

• Close cooperation with Production department and arrange production plan in effective way, ensuring on time delivery for compound and final product.

   

• Responsible for delivery and logistics, responsible for import, export, and customs affairs

• Manage forwarder selection and ensure compliance with legal requirements and organization policies

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of strategy, policies, processes, and procedures & best practice to aid and improve operational performance

• Making headcount plan according to business forecast, recruiting & training of operators to meet the need of production (combined effort with HR), measuring operators’ performance and maintaining an effective salary & compensation system; Confers with management and colleagues to solve workers problems, complains and grievance

• Close cooperation with other departments, particularly Production, Technical, Purchasing, QEHS, Sales, and Finance departments

   

• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Supply Chain bachelor’s degree or closely related

• 7 ~ 10 years of relevant manufacturing background (Minimum 2 years of working experience in managerial roles)

• Experienced in multinational cultures is an advantage.
