About the Job

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and maintaining all mechanical, electrical, instrument, and control components in both plant equipment and facilities systems and components.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial plant utility systems including Chilled Water, HVAC, Compressed Air, Power, and other systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to equipment modifications as well as equipment failures.
  • Assist with daily routine maintenance.
  • Conducts visual system inspections and monitors system operations/processes to ensure proper operations and to detect equipment failures, potential leaks, or other problem situations; reports maintenance needs to appropriate personnel; performs preventive maintenance checks and procedures on system equipment. 
  • Exchanges information with staff of adjoining work shifts to keep abreast of current operating conditions or problem situations. 
  • Maintains a current knowledge and awareness of applicable laws/regulations; maintains an awareness of new trends and advances in the profession; attends workshops and training sessions as appropriate.
  • Assists production with operational tasks as needed or when maintenance activities are not going on.
  • Other duties, as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of one - three years in Industrial Maintenance/Engineering Environment preferred. 
  • Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and equipment requirements.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills and able to use all necessary test equipment.  
  • Maintenance software experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, CAD, and Microsoft Office preferred. 
  • Experience with PLCs and set up of physical office workstations. 
  • First aid certification preferred.

About the Job

The Operations Lead is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Machine Operators to consistently achieve operational excellence. The Operations Lead is required to set a good example for employees by following and enforcing company safety policies to always promote safe work practices. Responsibilities

  • Operating a large and complex machine from a central control panel while coordinating/helping other team members in support activities

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes within the broader manufacturing operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Software

DUTIES: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions US, Inc. seeks a Process Engineer - Service PLUS based out of our office at N59 W13401 Manhardt Drive, Suite 100 Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position does not require travel. Analyze assembly and conversion requirements and translates these into manufacturing processes to establish production rates, achieve expected quality levels and establish reliability of finished product. Develop manufacturing methods for new and existing products, establishes labor standards and develops labor and product cost information. Perform validation activities as necessary. Engage in research and development for equipment, processes, procedures and systems integration. Document all assembly or product conversion process information and sequences within the document control system. Create BOM’s and routers in JDE One World ERP for assembly and conversion processes. Identify opportunities for improvement to existing processes and methods using data or observation, develops the improvements and implements them as quickly as practical. Make improvements to production rates and reduces scrap by identifying and implementing new and better equipment, processes or human factor methods. Involved in production in troubleshooting production problems with individual components, individual processes and help improve the situation to assure customer delivery dates and superior quality. Review production schedules and engineering specifications to resolve production problems. Participate in determination of product DMR disposition plan and approval. Follow the Quality Management System protocols of IATF 16949:2016. Support Production and Quality department.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years of experience as a Process Engineer or related manufacturing engineering role. Must have: Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with AutoCAD software; Experience with ERP systems; Experience with problem solving tools such as 5 why, Fishbone, and 8D; and Experience with maximum material utilization.

At our TSS Cadley Hill site, we manufacture hand-built Aircraft, Engine, and Airframe seals using a wide range of silicones, fabrics, and retaining metals. The moulding process involves hand fabricating silicones, fabrics, and metallic items into a part-specific mould tool, which is built to precise manufacturing specifications and loaded into a compression press to cure under pressure and heat, forming the final product.

Als Industrielackierer (m/w/d) bist du unser Experte, wenn es darum geht, unseren Produkten die schützende Beschichtung zu verleihen, die sich unsere Kunden wünschen. Dich zeichnet nicht nur besonderes Geschick aus, sondern du besitzt auch ein besonderes Auge für Qualität und Genauigkeit.

Die Anstellung ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet. Eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit wird angestrebt.

Deine Tätigkeiten:

  • Fachgerechte Reinigung und Lackierung von Bauteilen
  • Mischung von Grundierungen und Lacken 
  • Beurteilung der Qualität von Lackierergebnissen
  • Vorbereitungs‐ und Kontrollarbeiten unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Transport von Komponenten mit Hilfe von Flurförderfahrzeugen
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Prozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrielackierer (m/w/d) 
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Industrielackierer (m/w/d)
  • Kenntnisse der industriellen Beschichtungsmethoden von Vorteil
  • Staplerführerschein von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft im 3‐Schichtsystem zu arbeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Zielorientiertes zuverlässiges Arbeiten und Detailgenauigkeit

Elektriker, Bereich Betriebsunterhalt (m/w/d)

Deine Hauptaufgaben sind 

  • Instandhaltung und Reparatur der Anlagen und Peripheriegeräte wie Spritzgussmaschinen, Roboter, Handlinggeräten und Ofenanlagen
  • Mithilfe beim Erarbeiten von Problemlösungen und Prozesssteuerungen
  • Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen

Dein Profil 

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Elektriker, Automatiker oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • ausgewiesene Praxiserfahrung im Betriebsunterhalt (Bereich Spritzgusstechnik  zwingend erforderlich)
  • Technisches sowie elektronisches Verständnis
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Anwendungstechniker/ Einrichter im Bereich LSR- und 2-Komponentenspritzguss (m/w/d)

Wir zählen auf Dich und übertragen Dir folgende Hauptaufgaben

  • Du richtest selbständig ein, fährst an, programmierst und optimierst Spritzgiessmaschinen und deren Peripheriegeräte
  • Du optimierst Fertigungsprozesse in Bezug auf Fehlerquoten und Zykluszeiten, sowie Störanfälligkeit
  • Du veranlasst Werkzeugänderungen in Absprache mit der Produktionsleitung, Projektleitern und Qualitätssicherung
  • Du hälst Arbeitsabläufe ein unter Beachtung der Prozessbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Qualitäts- und Umweltrichtlinien des Qualitätsmanagement-Systems
  • Du musterst ab und nimmst Serien- und Vorserienwerkzeuge unter Betrachtung der Prozesssicherheit und dem Erreichen der Serienreife im Betrieb ab

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Anwendungstechniker oder Kunststofftechnologen, arbeitest bereits einige Jahre in dem Beruf und suchst nach neuen Herausforderungen
  • Du liebst die Technik
  • Du arbeitest selbständig
  • Dein Deutsch ist gut in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer
