The role is responsible for leading the development, validation, and implementation of manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Ensure All Advanced Product Quality Process documentation, including   launched on time, within quality requirements, and are capable of meeting customer and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate manufacturing process development documentation for new products.
• Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies, process risk assessments
• Participate in design reviews and product realization activities, providing Design for Manufacturability and Assembly input.
• Develop and maintain prototype and production Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete inspection reports, capability studies, SPC, MSA, and other PPAP documentation.
• Plan and execute process trials, validations, run-at-rate activities, and production readiness reviews.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, identify risks or deviations, and escalate issues with clear recovery actions.
• Monitor process capability, yield, cycle time, scrap, and manufacturing performance during launch and stabilization.
• Lead structured problem-solving for launch-related manufacturing issues using 8D, 5 Why, and root cause analysis methods.
• Ensure all process and quality documentation is complete, approved, and released before handover to Operations.
• Support continuous improvement, lessons learned, and standardization of NPI and APQP practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, NPI, industrialization, or product launch, preferably in an automotive or engineered-products environment.
• Practical experience in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation, and cross-functional project execution is required.
• Fluent in Kannada and English.

Hourly Rate: £15.67 ( £14.25 + 10% shift premium)

Shift Pattern:

Week 1 - 6am-2pm Monday to Friday

Week 2 - 2pm - 11:53pm Monday to Thursday

The idea candidate will have a flexible working approach, can contribute towards the team effort and is empowered to undertake work on their own initiative. You will carry out all operations as outlined on production paperwork, ensuring the machines are set correctly in order to comply with Company and Legislative Safety Laws, ensuring the maximum output is achieved per machine cycle, and any other duties deemed as necessary to meet the needs of company business. You will be required to contribute towards scrap reduction by eliminating waste, inspecting own parts, correct material usage and correct machine usage in order to achieve zero scrap.

Som Produktions- och processchef leder och ansvarar du för produktionen i fabriken i Värnamo och driver arbetet mot uppsatta mål för volym, kvalitet, kostnad och leverans. Du ansvarar också för att säkerställa en välorganiserad och säker arbetsmiljö.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har minst tvåårig eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna inom produktion, produktionsledning, produktionsteknik eller projektledning, samt erfarenhet av att leda, coacha och samordna medarbetare. Du har god erfarenhet av systematiskt förbättringsarbete och standardisering, både att initiera och att slutföra.  God ekonomisk förståelse och goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift, är en förutsättning. Summary of Role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for on time, first pass yield of product to customer at customers’ specification.  Manages all resources to achieve this responsibility and provides leadership necessary to grow and develop staff for success.  Addresses failures to meet this responsibility and implements remedies, within Company guidelines, to assure these failures do not repeat.  Responsible for continually improving processes and removing waste from the production system.

As a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d), you are responsible for managing customer orders and communicating with customers, ensuring timely confirmations and proactive customer support. The Value Stream Supervisor (VSS) is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations on the production floor in their assigned value stream in support of TSS Denver’s Vision–Mission–Values (VMV). Education and Experience

As a Shift Technician, you will support day-to-day maintenance activities, including fault finding, preventive maintenance, project support, and continuous improvement initiatives across production equipment and systems. As a shift technician, you are the primary key person during morning shifts, afternoon shifts, night shifts, and weekends for plant stability and emergency response.

• Produce parts from information contained in the manufacturing orders.
• Read and understand a technical drawing and understand the use of tool cutting points and TNR compensation.

Experience & Skills…

You’ll bring hands-on experience in CNC turning, along with a solid background in engineering and production. You’re confident reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings and take pride in producing high-quality components from that information.

Ideally, you’ll have experience working with Fanuc controls or Okuma machines, although this isn’t essential if you’re keen to learn. You’ll enjoy the variety of working across multiple CNC machines and feel comfortable adapting to different products and production areas as required.

You will also:

• Have relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Engineering or Manufacturing) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Have proven experience operating CNC machinery within a production environment.
• Be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Have strong organisational and time management skills, enabling you to multitask effectively while maintaining efficiency and productivity.
• Be able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

We are seeking a skilled Commercial & Sourcing Engineering to join our team. The role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing a robust supply base for high-quality, precision CNC-turned components. This role involves managing the full vendor lifecycle, from initial sourcing and technical assessment to performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier identification and evaluation:
  • Identify potential  suppliers of precision CNC-turned parts through market research and industry networking.
  • Conduct technical, quality, and commercial assessments to qualify and onboard new vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities based on machinery, quality systems, capacity, and financial stability.
• Technical collaboration and development:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing specifications, and material requirements.
  • Support vendors in defining the manufacturing process sequence and optimizing cycle times.
  • Drive new product development and first-article approval (PPAP/APQP) processes with vendors.
  • Guide vendors in enhancing their processes and implementing lean manufacturing practices.

• Sourcing and negotiation:
  • Prepare and analyze RFQs/RFPs, ensuring cost breakdowns are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Vendor performance and management:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular vendor audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive corrective actions (8D) to resolve quality and delivery issues.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks by ensuring alternate sourcing is in place for critical components.
• Documentation and reporting:
  • Maintain and update all vendor records, documentation, and sourcing information in the ERP system.

Generate and present management information reports (MIS) on vendor performance, cost savings, and project status.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

• 5+ years in vendor development, strategic sourcing, or procurement within a manufacturing or automotive setting. Experience with machined parts is mandatory.

• Deep understanding of CNC Turning processes, tooling, and materials.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and automotive standards (PPAP, APQP).

Mould – rørproduktion
I Mould arbejdes der med vores råmaterialer i pulverform. Her blandes råmaterialerne i store spande, hvorefter pulveret, under højt tryk, presses til rør i både større og mindre formpressere. Efter rørene er blevet presset, sendes de til sintring, hvor de færdigproduceres i vores ovne. Arbejdsopgaverne kan inkludere tungere løft. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Mould består af:

• Afmåling og blanding af råmaterialer i pulverform
• Indstilling og montering af formpressere/kerner
• Manuel påfyldning og overvågning af formpressere
• Afmontering og manuel kvalitetskontrol af færdigpressede rør
  

Drej – drejning af tætninger
I Drej arbejdes der videre med de færdigproducerede rør, som her ved hjælp af CNC-maskiner drejes til vores højteknologiske tætninger. Vi kører alt fra enkeltstyksproduktion med mange omstillinger til højvolumenproduktion, hvorfor der er variation i det, der produceres. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Drej består af:

• Drejning af tætninger i PTFE og andre plastmaterialer
• Tilpasning af programmer og værktøjer på CNC-drejebænke
• Kvalitetskontrol ved brug af manuelt måleudstyr og visionsmaskiner
• Elektronisk registrering til dokumentation af kvalitetskontrol
• Bearbejdning i PTFE-materialer
  

Efterbearbejdning – visuel inspektion, efterbearbejdning og pakning af ordrer
I Efterbearbejdningen foregår den sidste del af produktionsprocessen. Her foregår meget af arbejdet ved manuel og visuel inspektion af tætningerne, men nogle emner kan også have behov for særlig efterbearbejdning i form af vask eller ved, at der laves særlige spor eller huller i tætningerne. Når produkterne er visuelt kontrolleret, skal de pakkes efter ordrernes anvisninger. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Efterbearbejdningen består af:

• Manuel og visuel inspektion af færdigproducerede emner
• Vibrationsafgratning samt vask og rens af emner
• Fremstilling af spor og huller i tætningerne
• Overvågning og betjening af automatiserede maskiner
• Pluk og pak af ordrer
  

QC – kvalitetssikring af produkter før, under og efter produktion
I Quality Control er kvalitet af højeste prioritet. Her kvalitetssikres vores produkter både før, under og efter produktion, og det er QCs ansvar at sørge for, at vores produkter overholder de kvalitetsstandarder, vi lover vores kunder. QC har en bred kontaktflade, og du skal derfor trives i en udadvendt rolle samt være god til at samarbejde og kommunikere med kolleger på tværs af afdelinger. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i QC består af:

• Stikprøvekontrol af emner i alle størrelser og godkendelse af færdige produkter
• Kontrol af Notch, Cut og afsyrede produkter
• Assistere produktionen med måleteknik m.m.
• Udarbejdelse af manuel og elektronisk dokumentation
  

Vores produktion kører døgnet rundt, og du vil derfor få mulighed for at arbejde i fast skift fra mandag til fredag på enten dag-, aften- eller nathold. Det er dog sjældent, at vi får ledige stillinger på daghold. Uanset hvilket hold du bliver en del af, sørger vi naturligvis for grundig oplæring og løbende udvikling, så du bliver godt klædt på til opgaven.
