Summary of the Role

As the Marketing Executive you will provide a broad range of content and marketing materials by capturing the values of our business and unique offering, articulating them into collateral, content, and messaging, and packaging them for external communications within the market and our customers.

This is a creative role. You will be fully responsible for content creation and all deliverables.

Your direct report will be the Managing Director and supports the PG Directors and Sales Managers and engineering managers globally within PA Infrastructure. 

This includes:

  • Update existing and create new marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, product data sheets, technical papers, videos, photos, and animation.
  • The development, delivery, and monitoring of a wide variety of communications, growth initiatives, and marketing activities in select segments & geographies
  • Support campaigns, customer contact strategy, outreach, lead management, and demand generation to the opportunity stage and in line with PA strategy.
  • Support customer nurture campaigns in key stakeholder management.
  • Ensure all digital assets are up to date and kept relevant on digital platforms.
  • Create the content, organize, and manage the deliverables on trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and webinars globally for PA infrastructure.
  • Create the content for PR and social media campaigns.
  • Market insights and market intelligence from each target segment
  • Responsible for PA social media posts
  • Assist in developing campaigns and the commercialization of new products and services.
  • Keep up to date with current developments in marketing theory and practice for the B2B environment.
  • Assist in Market research, data analytics, and market reach objectives.
  • Support marketing plans.
  • Provide updates to the business on marketing activities within the business unit.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Support in the execution of the Sales & Marketing Strategies at PA Infrastructure:

  • All Marketing activities and content creation
  • Manage existing portfolio of marketing assets and materials - brochures, power point presentations, whitepapers & other associated marketing assets.
  • Development of new marketing collateral and assets to support new and existing products and services, entry into new markets or ongoing development within existing traditional markets.
  • Ensuring an optimal connection between marketing activities and PA Strategy
  • Capture customer values and articulate them into messaging and product and service offerings – value propositions.
  • Assist in the development & performance of PR activities, external communications, and customer reach.
  • Organize regional marketing activities such as trade shows, seminars, webinars, and events.

Education & Experience 

  • University or Higher Vocational Education in Marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar regional role
  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or corporate communications within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be preferable
  • Experience in setting up and leading new marketing strategies and projects from scratch is essential
  • Strong business understanding and a focus on improvement
  • Excellent social skills (both written and verbal) at all business levels (internal & external)
  • Proficient (spoken and written) in Dutch and English and with the ability to display confidence, energy and creativity, with a flair for innovation
  • Computer proficient with excellent Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of social media and AI tools
  • Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills with ability to modify technical content for a wider audience
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

As an Customer Service Executive,  you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive optimum support within the scope of their activities. Main responsibilities include order handling and operational planning.

 Scope of your Role: 

  • You will be responsible for evaluating customer orders, enquiries and demand against supplier deliveries in order to meet and exceed OTD targets.
  • You have to gather and analyze the customer feedback and conveying valuable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of products, services, and overall customer experience
  • You must provide regular and ad-hoc reports on customer service metrics
  • Should monitor and track the status of customer orders, keeping clients informed of any changes, delays, or issues that may impact delivery schedules

Qualification and Experience:

  • Preferably 3 to 4 years of Experience in Customer Service.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline field
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Familiarity with order management is beneficial
