Who are we?

Trelleborg India Private Limited, (Business Unit: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) headquartered at Bangalore is a leading sealing solution provider in India. The company with about 800+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.  

This role will be responsible for pricing operations for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Industrial Americas. This role involves managing tariff pricing documentation, assisting with pricing tools and reports, and coordinating customer documentation workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple systems and time zones.

About the Job

Pricing & Tariff Support
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing pricing tools and reports.
  • Bill off tariffs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage import documentation including:
  • USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement)
  • AUSFTA (Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement)
  • Country of Origin report
Customer Documentation & Coordination
  • Coordinate the completion of customer questionnaires by identifying and engaging the correct internal resources
  • Upload required documentation to customer portals.
System & Data Management
  • Data entry for complaints into Cloud 4 Customer (C4C) and CAQ systems.
  • Submit and track customer account maintenance requests.
  • Process credit limit increase requests.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Analyze data to recommend improved Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) that enhance customer value.
  • Generate and maintain updated Lead Time reports.
  • Above is indicative, there will be other tasks that will be asked of the role.

About the Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, operations, or customer support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems, JD Edwards, CAQ, Process Director, Hubble, ReportsNow and Cloud4Customer (C4C) are a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to seek help when needed.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with remote management
