As the Development Manager, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of software and hardware developers, driving collaboration, innovation, and efficient project delivery. Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of software and hardware developers.

Your Education / Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading software or hardware development teams, with at least 3-5 years in a people management role.
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles, though hands-on technical expertise is not the primary focus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is preferred.

Job Duties:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience, training, and education
  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft based technology, WAN/LAN, and systems support
  • 2 years of experience in a customer facing support role
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to speak conversational English in a professional setting

Competencies:

  • Experience and good knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, Dell Kace/Cylance, and Microsoft server administration
  • Knowledge of available computing and/or network hardware and peripheral equipment

Din profil 
Vi söker en självdriven individ med några års erfarenhet från liknande roll, gärna från en internationell verksamhet med många kontaktytor. I denna roll är inte specialistkompetens det viktigaste. Vi söker dig med bredare kompetens och erfarenhet och förståelse inom IT/infrastruktur, nätverk, servrar, och hårdvara. Har du relevant utbildning inom IT är det ett plus, men vi värderar även din erfarenhet och personlighet mycket högt.  

Kompetensmässigt behöver du ha bra koll på nätverk, Microsoft-infrastrukturer och säkerhet. Det är också viktigt att du är van att dokumentera och underhålla IT-infrastrukturer, samt samarbeta med externa leverantörer. Självständighet och högt servicefokus är avgörande, samt att du behärskar såväl engelska som svenska med lätthet i tal och skrift.
