We are looking for a IoT/OT Technology Compliance Analyst to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible for assessing the security requirements, industry best practices, and customer requirements for new and existing IoT and OT deployments. The role will support our Vendor Assessment Process that provides a Risk Assessment of any proposed IoT or OT solution. The individual must have experience interacting with business function owners, documenting devices and technical deployments, handling inquiries from external vendors, and assessing security/compliance risk. The role will be heavily focused on evaluating IoT/OT technology controls both internally and from our global. 

Your new role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced the Group IT organization and will interface with various business teams at Trelleborg group sites.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced analytic skills to evaluate IoT/OT Risk posture with Best Practice checklists and through in-depth interviews with system and control owners.
  • Review and provide feedback on relevant information assurance documents, orders and instructions to insure compliance with Trelleborg Group IT Standards.
  • Assist in planning, evidence gathering, and interview support during assessments and reviews conducted with vendors, internal control auditors, or other entities, and in periodic monitoring of issues through the remediation cycle.
  • Support management of records related to Company risk management decisions.
  • Proactively identify gaps or conflicts in existing IoT/OT Solutions and drive remediation of control deficiencies identified during the audit process.
  • Assist with the education and training of IoT/OT Solutions owners so they better understand the Risk Assessment framework and their responsibilities.
  • Active contribution to IoT Team activities where required.
  • Support implementation of new and/or improved IoT processes following Trelleborg IoT standards.
  • Improvement of personal skills within the area of responsibility.
  • Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
  • Contribute ideas to improve IoT processes/services.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Education and experience in technical computer, networking service, industrial automation or technical production operations support. Associates degree of computer science, electrical engineering, electronic technology or bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent combinations of education, experience, and certification will be considered.
  • Experience developing, championing, and managing internal compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with multiple technology backbones and related supporting infrastructure.
  • Experience in a compliance and regulatory environment related to IoT/OT across industries and geographies
  • Analytical thinker who is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.
  • Experienced in working in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining IT infrastructure.
  • Experienced in interacting with and management of external suppliers & service providers

Your Responsibilities

  • Quickly identify issues specific to Azure Services or Azure Platform; and conduct in-depth diagnostics on Azure platform and services.
  • Relentlessly champion and advocate for our business applications partners in representing their issues to Group IT engineering teams and be a change agent to develop innovative ways to resolve their issues.
  • Apply an engineering mindset to eliminate top issues impacting end user experience across large and strategic sets of Trelleborg business applications.

What You'll Bring

  • Education and experience in technical computer and networking service support.

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a preferably global IT organization supporting Microsoft and Cloud Infrastructure Platforms. Preference given to Azure Cloud Experience.

  • Experienced in developing and deploying IoT Devices in an Global Enterprise environment

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Cloud Solution to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible with product owners/engineering managers, and with additional 5 years of working with IT in any way.

Scope of Your Role:

  • Project delivery
    • Work closely with Product Owner to understand the As-Is and To-Be states and then break the requirements into user stories.
    • Work closely with Solution Architect, Engineering Manager and Team to elaborate business and functional requirements into User Stories (functional and non-functional)
    • Provide clear Acceptance Criteria for every user story and ensure DoR compliance of the user stories in the Backlog
    • Ensure maximum availability to the team for clarifications, interim and final sprint demos and prioritization of User Stories
    • Be the proxy Product Owner for the engineering team when needed and should own the backlog and the backlog grooming ceremony.
  • Quality of deliverables
    • Address blockers raised by the team which needs the BA's assistance
    • Be a champion for requirements management with constant and consistent focus on DoR compliance
    • Responsible for requirements quality, including acceptance criteria and wireframes ensuring all user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR)
  • Customer focus
    • Have a complete end to end understanding of the product from business/end user’s point of view
    • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that business goals and priorities are clearly understood and reflected in the Backlog at all times
    • Work closely with the Product Owner to conduct customer / end-user demos and ensure that customer / end user representatives are available for sprint demos

Support the Product Owner in meetings with business stakeholders or other business-related interactions / communications where necessary on the specification or lower-level details

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master degree with information technology or business analyst background or equivalent
  • Required additional experience of 5 years with working in an IT environment as a business analyst, developer or similar
  • Required experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience working with Agile (Scrum) project team development methodologies
  • Must have worked with at-least one ALM tool: Azure DevOps/Jira/Rally
  • Must have been part of applications developed using technologies : SharePoint online, Office365, K2, MS SQL, azure, MS power BI, PowerApps etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst with expertise in data migrations for our SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in SAP Data migration implementation for master and transactional data from legacy ERP systems into SAP S/4 HANA
