As an Azure Data Engineer at Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, your primary responsibility is to ensure the architectural integrity and operational efficiency of our data solutions. You will leverage Microsoft solutions to build and maintain a robust data platform (data warehouse & Lakehouse) that supports our strategic business objectives. Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Enterprise Data Platform using Azure Synapse/databricks.
• Collaborate with IT teams and project stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data solutions.
• Design and implement data models and ETL processes, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
• Stay updated of advancements in cloud technologies and data management best practices.
• Engage in performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure scalable solutions.

What You'll Bring

As the ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being a plus. You bring at least 2-4 years of experience in SQL Server and expertise in Azure Data Factory, T-SQL,  PySpark, databricks and data warehousing or Lakehouse concepts. Your track record demonstrates a deep understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud-based solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

Qualification and Experience:

• Experience in advanced big data management for operational data like machine, energy and quality data
• Experience in development of small solutions for data handling and visualization using python, pyspark
• Profound experience in big data management using cloud solutions (preferred: Azure, Databricks) using SQL, timeseries and other formats
• Experience in real time data streaming (preferred: Azure Stream Analytics)
• Experience in creating advanced analytics reports and apply data science techniques using PowerBI or Phython
• Demonstrates concern for the successful achievement of results and customer satisfaction.

As working student you will be supporting the controlling team (20 hours per week) while handling the financial reporting and activities for Group IT. This role ensures timely and accurate financial data delivery while providing support in various finance-related activities, including forecasts, CAPEX management, and contract administration. We are looking for a Business Analyst - Cloud Solution to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible with product owners/engineering managers, and with additional 5 years of working with IT in any way.

Scope of Your Role:

• Project delivery
  • Work closely with Product Owner to understand the As-Is and To-Be states and then break the requirements into user stories.
  • Work closely with Solution Architect, Engineering Manager and Team to elaborate business and functional requirements into User Stories (functional and non-functional)
  • Provide clear Acceptance Criteria for every user story and ensure DoR compliance of the user stories in the Backlog
  • Ensure maximum availability to the team for clarifications, interim and final sprint demos and prioritization of User Stories
  • Be the proxy Product Owner for the engineering team when needed and should own the backlog and the backlog grooming ceremony.
• Quality of deliverables
  • Address blockers raised by the team which needs the BA's assistance
  • Be a champion for requirements management with constant and consistent focus on DoR compliance
  • Responsible for requirements quality, including acceptance criteria and wireframes ensuring all user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR)
• Customer focus
  • Have a complete end to end understanding of the product from business/end user’s point of view
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that business goals and priorities are clearly understood and reflected in the Backlog at all times

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master degree with information technology or business analyst background or equivalent
• Required additional experience of 5 years with working in an IT environment as a business analyst, developer or similar
• Required experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience working with Agile (Scrum) project team development methodologies
• Must have worked with at-least one ALM tool: Azure DevOps/Jira/Rally

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst with expertise in data migrations for our SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in SAP Data migration implementation for master and transactional data from legacy ERP systems into SAP S/4 HANA
• Analyze legacy data structures, define source-to-target mappings, assess business requirements, and create mapping rules for SAP Data Objects
• Collaborate with the business teams to gather requirements, to drive data cleansing and data enrichment activities

• Good functional knowledge in any SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, FICO
