About the Job

As a Junior Firmware Developer you will assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining embedded software for electronic products. This involves close collaboration with hardware and production teams to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance. You should have a solid understanding of microcontroller programming, hardware interfaces, and basic electronics principles. This position offers hands-on experience in developing robust, production-ready firmware under the guidance of senior engineers.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify embedded software components in C/C++ based on defined requirements.
  • Support the integration of firmware with hardware platforms, peripherals (sensors, actuators, communication modules), and communication interfaces (e.g., I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, WiFi, etc.).
  • Participate in firmware debugging, optimization, and performance improvement activities.
  • Contribute to prototype testing and product validation alongside hardware.
  • Work closely with senior developers to understand design intent and architectural requirements.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to troubleshoot system-level issues during development and validation phases


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience


Competencies

  • Experience with embedded C / C++ Programming skills
  • Foundational understanding of embedded system and low-level hardware programming.
  • Electronics knowledge - Understanding of circuits, schematics, and electrical characteristics affecting firmware behavior.
  • Proficiency in using IDEs, debuggers, oscilloscopes, and simulators to troubleshoot firmware issues.

Preferred

  • Experience with ARM-Cortex-M microcontrollers
  • Knowledge of PCB design
  • Familiar with the end-to-end process of developing electronic products, including prototype bring-up, hardware validation, design for manufacturability (DFM), and production testing.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and testing considerations (EMC, Safety, RF compliance, etc.). Support process with technical data, test firmware, and documentation.

Your Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Daily Logistics

  • Main contact for SAP EWM support for warehouse teams

The key responsibility is to understand the requirements, develop the test procedures, carry out software testing, identify bugs/defects and report them in the defect tracking system. They have to ensure that the software product is reliable, bug-free, functions as intended and full fill customer expectations.

    • To accomplish the team's overall test objectives, apply business and functional expertise, including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology

We are looking for SAP Business Analyst Data Migrations to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible for highly competent analysts to provide support in the implementation and ongoing operation of hosted SAP Data Services for internal customers to the Global Data Center with a particular focus on SAP S/4 HANA.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze legacy data structures, define source-to-target mappings, assess business requirements, and create mapping rules for SAP Data Objects
  • Collaborate with the business teams to gather requirements, to drive data cleansing and data enrichment activities
  • Develop robust and reusable programs with SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, LSMW
  • Good functional knowledge in any SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, FICO
  • Participate in planning the data migration cycles considering data object dependencies, ensure adequate test scenarios, and support the creation of corresponding cutover plans
  • Oversee data migration execution, implement performance optimizations, conduct root cause analysis, perform post-load evaluations, and generate reports

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in an IT-related discipline, e.g. Information Technology, Informatics, Business, and or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with SAP data migration projects, ideally S/4 HANA, using professional ETL-Tools such as BODS, LTMC, SAP Fiori apps, LSMW
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Migration Object Modeler and the design of custom migration objects
  • Good understanding of SAP data structures and business processes, in Sales, Logistics/Production, and/or Finance/Controlling
