Wir suchen dich als HR Expert Administration & Controlling (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. Du hast Erfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit und möchtest deine Expertise in den Bereichen HR Administration und Controlling in einem internationalen Umfeld einbringen? Deine Aufgaben

• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der administrativen HR-Prozesse
• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und HR-Dokumenten
• Durchführung von Ein-, Austritts- und Versetzungsprozessen
• Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von HR-Richtlinien, Prozessen und Vorlagen
• Erstellung von Entsendungsunterlagen und Durchführung behördlicher Meldeverfahren
• Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten sowie der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen
• Erstellung und Auswertung von HR-Kennzahlen und Reports
• Erstellung von regelmäßigen und ad-hoc HR-Reportings sowie anschaulichen Auswertungen und Präsentationen
• Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung von Unterlagen für interne und externe Audits

Dein Profil 

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und idealerweise Aufenthaltsrecht
• Erfahrung im Bereich Global Mobility oder internationalen Personaleinsätzen von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors ist von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner*innen

Summary of the Role: 

The Human Resources Manager plays a key strategic and hands-on role in developing and implementing people-focused initiatives that support our organizational goals. This position partners proactively with respective business leaders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies that strengthen our culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational performance.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and policy adherence.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal resources as needed/required. Management of site UI, WC, EEO, etc.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, training recommendations and disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase employee engagement and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Leads recruitment efforts and develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Payroll management; work with managers to ensure timecard accuracy and consistency. Reviewing final ledger for accuracy before payments are released.
• May include support and interpretation of employee benefit programs, company vehicles, training development, etc.
• Ensure site is maintaining employee records, data and reporting with the highest degree of confidentiality and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Coordinate/develop training plans as needed. Manage annual review process and assist in performance management including both compensation/incentives and warnings/discipline process.
• Other tasks and projects as necessary or assigned

Education and Experience: 

• 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
• Minimum of 7 years in HR management related discipline, with demonstrated career progression
• Minimum 2 years experience in multi-shift manufacturing operations
• Minimum 2 years experience with unionized labor force
• Ability to travel up to 10%

The final compensation offered to the candidate may be based on geographical location, work experience and/or skill level. Additions to the compensation packing, including but not limited to paid time off, insurance benefits and 401(k) eligibility, will be outlined at the time of the job offer.
