Education and Experience: 

 

  • 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related Human Resources experience with demonstrated career growth.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment, ideally within medical device, healthcare, or contract manufacturing industries, supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring needs.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and inclusive recruiting practices preferred.

Compensation:


Please note that compensation may vary based on work location and other job-related factors. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000, which represents our good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, training, skills, certifications, job-related knowledge, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits and other compensation, such as health benefits, retirement programs, and incentive opportunities, where applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the payroll processing function to include managing employee payroll/timesheet records, reviewing input for completeness, ensuring payroll systems are correctly updated in a timely fashion, maintaining centralized payroll/HR records, and overseeing distribution of paychecks.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies as well as all relevant legislation related to processing of wages and paid time off. 
  • Provide service to all employees regarding concerns with payroll, research and troubleshoot inquiries.
  • Complete all required bi-weekly and monthly financial reporting. 
  • Complete all required year end payroll reconciliation and reporting activities in accordance with IRS and company guidelines. 
  • Process and maintain 401(k) and Health Savings Account transactions and records. 
  • Maintain processes and audit trails for all payroll transactions, garnishments, etc.  
  • Along with the HR Data Manager, maintain global people data and HRIS Systems as needed 
  • Must maintain confidentiality 

Education and Experience:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in related field and at least 3 - 5 years payroll experience, including multi-state. 
  • Extensive knowledge of general accounting practices and principles. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, including in-depth experience in excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables. 
  • CPP designation is highly desired as is UKG and Workforce Management experience.

Summary of the Role:
