Join Our Dynamic Inside Sales Team!
Location: Dion-Valmont near Wavre, close to E411 motorway
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support and have a knack for technical solutions? Join our vibrant inside sales team as a Inside Sales and Engineering Support at our modern office in Dion-Valmont. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between customer inquiries and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation Management: Respond to requests for quotations with precise technical-commercial proposals and follow up on them.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing all queries until the receipt of purchase orders.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep all customer, project, and quote-related information up-to-date in our CRM system.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the Account Manager and Sales Development Engineer to communicate and coordinate customer inquiry requirements throughout the supply chain.
- Contract Review: Assist in the review and validation of technical-commercial aspects of contracts and quality-related documents.
- Documentation Management: Manage technical drawings, customer specifications, and documentation.
- Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales KPIs, updating price lists, and determining best practices.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Preferably a technical school degree or equivalent (e.g., Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering).
- Experience: At least 2+ years of work experience in a mechanical and/or commercial-related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technical drawings/specifications and terminology.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in working with numbers and IT systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of rubber/plastic products, seals, or bearings is a plus.
