We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support in all aspects of their interactions with our company. This role involves handling customer orders, managing operational planning, and ensuring seamless communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related inquiries and order topics.
  • Customer Account Management: Coordinate the creation and amendment of customer accounts, including entering and coordinating customer orders. This includes basic contract reviews, order status updates, inventory checks, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Order Compliance: Ensure all orders align with order and line values, as well as profitability expectations.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and coordinate activities to ensure the ability to deliver on customer orders, working closely with supply chain management and other departments.
  • Sales KPIs: Monitor sales key performance indicators and implement measures to meet or exceed targets.
  • ERP Management: Manage and maintain all required account-specific data in the ERP system, including Incoterms and payment terms.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate customer order requirements throughout the supply chain, manufacturing, ServicePLUS, and other departments.
  • Certificate Requests: Request and manage all necessary legal and customer-required certificates.
  • Complaint Resolution: Process and resolve customer commercial complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Visits: Support the preparation of and participate in customer visits as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial training or equivalent experience.
  • Ideally, 2+ years of experience in commercial activities or a related field.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Proficient analytical and planning capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities and strong decision-making skills.
