Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Focus on machines in Infra workshop
  • Plan, prioritize, schedule and supervise preventive, corrective maintenance/repair activities (facing emergencies as well)
  • Participate in repair /maintenance procedures developing and implement, to review the statistical information about machine failures , to make improvements as necessary and to monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards.
  • Participate and support troubleshooting of machines to meet schedule and cost target.
  • Identifying key equipment and maintaining spare parts, checking purchased machine and spare parts.
  • Direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance-worker’s skills so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely, and on-time.
  • Prepare SOP , direct and train operator for machine operation
  • Responsible for production equipment data, drawings, file organization and storage
  • Participate in the improvement of technical specifications of new equipment and the upgrading of equipment in the future.
  • Supplier onsite management
  • Carry out Machinery / Equipment / Assembly / Disassembly activities when necessary                                                             

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or machinery related majors;
  • 2 years and above mechanical maintenance work experience, experience in rubber machinery such as extruder, plate vulcanizing machine is preferred;
  • Familiar with hydraulic system.
  • Familiar with Autocad drawing software.
  • Familiar with quality management system;
  • Able to read professional English materials, English speaking ability is preferred.
