1. Summary of the role
- Order management: track order’s status, lead time and ensure timely delivery
- Import and Export: customs declaration and clearance
- Logistic and Inventory management
- Customer service
Activities may include: materials planning and control, inventory management, warehousing,
logistics, transport and distribution
2. Tasks and Responsibilities
- Sales document and invoice management.
- Timely respond to delivery enquiry and track the status of orders and deliveries.
- Ensure lead times of contract material, to meet customer’s demand.
- SAP transactional data monitoring to ensure adhere with actual.
- Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse,
transport or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate with import&export matters, include preparing customs declarations and other
required documents that describe the goods and materials being shipped and comply with all
import/export regulations.
- Shipment tracking, declaration and warehousing / inbound management.
- Inventory management, minimizing the logistics cost and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- To maintain cost or expense records.
- Propose cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics, to assist manager to
provide the monthly report and other report requested.
- Be responsible for routine business and administration report of the whole team (such as
inventory, sales reports and statistics etc.).
- Other related work assigned by line manager
3. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, international trading or relevant is
preferred.
- 3 years or above sales / customer support or coordination experience.
4. Competencies
- Good at MS Office.
- Proficient in CRM, ERP, SAP system is preferred.
- Responsibility with good understanding of implementation.
- Decision-making.
- Communication, coordination skills.
- Data or cost analysis ability and learning skills.
- Time management driven.
- Knowledge of import and export, logistics control is a plus.
