Who are we?
Trelleborg India Private Limited, (Business Unit: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) headquartered at Bangalore is a leading sealing solution provider in India. The company with about 700 employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.
We are looking for you as a Master Data & Reporting Analyst, for our SCM department. The location of the position will be Bangalore, India to ensure data integrity, data standards, and change management. Continuous and proactive improvement is key! Will be responsible for the integrity of master data, the continuous improvement of master data quality, and activities related to business change projects.
About the Job
- You are the first level Global & local approver for material master change requests in MDG.
- You will be responsible for Mass creations, changes and Creation of B.O.M in SAP S/4 HANA.
- You must Interact & resolving the end user’s change requests in Process director tool within the defined SLA.
- Lead time maintenance for Europe (SAP) and US(JDE).
- Monitoring open Item Creation requests in Process Director to resolve outstanding issues.
- Monitoring the shared Data Management e-mail and correcting master data issues.
About the Ideal Candidate
Education & Experience:
- Preferred bachelor's degree from reputed institute
- 3-4 Years of Experience in Supply Chain.
- Experience or Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Material Master (Material creation, modification, Plant & sales org extension in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG according to rules.
- Knowledge in ERP SAP S4 Hana & JD Edwards
Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise business communications
- Knowledge of Seals, Hydraulic, Cylinder application and Pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of Rubber/Plastic products
