Our Solihull office markets our sealing range to Industrial and Aerospace customers, providing local design and service support.

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our UK Aerospace team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the achievement of TSS UK Aerospace objectives.

About the Job

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager the primary function of this role is to ensure the customer is provided with a first-class service. Developing an extensive knowledge of all aspects of customer service including company objectives, guidelines, procedures & workflows, that are so important in the Aerospace market. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for all Aerospace customers enquiries / concerns
  • Investigation of customer complaints or concerns.
  • Receive and respond to customer’s quotation requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Acquire feedback from customer and update appropriate systems.
  • Receive and process customers' orders / schedules according to Order Review process.
  • Prioritize the workload to satisfy the customer needs and meet the Company targets.
  • Developing a knowledge of company products / part numbering system
  • Ensuring Aerospace guidelines and procedures are adhered to at all times, seeking the Team Leader, Account Managers and Customer Service Manager’s support, if needed.

About the Ideal Candidate

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Aerospace industry.
  • ERP experience: SAP experience is preferred.
