Who are we?
Trelleborg India Private Limited, (Business Area: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) headquartered at Bangalore is a leading sealing solution provider in India. The company with about 900+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.
We are seeking a skilled Engineer - Quality Management Systems to join our team. The role is responsible for supporting the maintenance of Quality Management Systems by involving in planning for internal audits, MRM. Participate in internal audits including process audits and Responsible for handling the 5S auditing process and reporting for the entire manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and intimating Internal Management System Audits, 7S Audits and MRM
- To support in maintaining and updating documented information related to management systems
- To collate the KPI data relating to QMS, EMS and Safety from all the processes
- Participate in the corrective action process for system nonconformities
- Follow-up of corrective action on system nonconformities
- To participate in performing self-assessment from customers and the review of Customer specific requirements.
- To review and update the customer scorecards.
- Support conducting MRM and preparation of MRM minutes
- Follow-up of MRM action plans
- Training employees on management system, 7S
- To coordinate of external training activities related to management system
- To Support other teams in creating and reviewing PFMEA, control plan, work instructions and formats
- To perform internal management system audits and process audits
- To coordinate the update of environment aspect register, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- To support training activities in the training academy
Education & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering
- Experience: 1-2 Years (Preferably worked with Management System activities)
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems and Auditing
- Knowledge of maintaining and retaining management system documentation
- Knowledge of different standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO45001,
- Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools and lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen etc.

- Ability to lead initiatives without formal authority
- Data‑driven problem solving and decision making
