About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage employee relations, labor law compliance, industrial relations, and administrative operations at our Halol manufacturing site. The role will play a key part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring statutory compliance, fostering industrial harmony, and supporting site-level HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Handle union relations, collective bargaining, and labor agreement implementation.
- Liaise with government authorities and support compliance audits and inspections.
- Supervise site administration activities, including receptionist and administrative staff.
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and HR policy implementation.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and awareness programs.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR, IR, and compliance-related metrics.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Industrial Relations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, Factory Act, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee relations, grievance management, and union handling.
- Proven ability to manage administrative operations and site-level support functions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Exposure to labor negotiations and collective bargaining processes.
- Leadership experience in managing administrative or support teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
