o strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality Planning Specialist to join us.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support APQP and PPAP documentation and quality planning activities.
- Maintain and update APQP/PPAP trackers, status reports, and action lists.
- Collect, organize, and maintain quality-related documentation and records.
- Support the preparation and coordination of PPAP submission packages.
- Perform completeness and consistency checks on submitted documentation.
- Upload and maintain documentation and quality-related data in relevant business systems.
- Track open APQP and PPAP deliverables and follow up on missing or overdue documentation.
- Coordinate routine communication with suppliers regarding documentation requests and corrections.
- Support Quality Engineers and project teams with follow-up activities and status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective process coordination.
Requirements:
- Technical education or comparable vocational qualification.
- Knowledge of APQP and PPAP requirements and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with ERP or CAQ systems; knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
