As Quality Manager, you will lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System, ensuring that our products, processes, and operations meet customer, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

You will play a key role in strengthening quality performance across the organization, improving manufacturing processes, reducing waste and scrap, and supporting sustainable operational improvement. Working closely with Production, Technical, Supply Chain, and Project teams, you will help build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, applicable regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal quality procedures
  • Ensure that QMS processes are effectively established, implemented, monitored, and regularly reviewed
  • Lead improvement initiatives to increase product quality, reduce scrap and rework, minimize customer returns, and improve productivity and OEE
  • Drive root cause analysis as well as corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring quality issues
  • Monitor and improve quality KPIs, including internal PPM, and scrap percentage, customer complaints, audit performance to plan, and RCCA closure
  • Support new product introduction activities and ensure the required quality standards are embedded from the beginning
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
  • Establish and improve supplier quality standards and monitor supplier performance
  • Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and accreditation activities
  • Ensure that audit findings are addressed through effective action plans and appropriate follow-up
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team, including performance reviews, development planning, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with Production, Technical, Supply Chain, and Project teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets

Your Profile

  • Relevant professional or academic qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience leading quality systems within a manufacturing environment
  • Practical knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, auditing, and quality management principles
  • Experience in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with quality KPIs, scrap and rework reduction, PPM, OEE, and audit performance
  • Leadership and people management experience, including team development and performance management
  • Experience working directly with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with manufacturing, technical, supply chain, and project teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • Customer-focused, accountable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
