We are looking for SAP Business Analyst FICO who is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and supporting SAP solutions, and ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient processes across SAP Controlling and related Finance areas. The position will focus particularly on Controlling processes, SAP FI/CO integration, e-invoicing and statutory compliance requirements, reporting, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role is required to strengthen business process support, improve solution quality, and support ongoing operational and project demands in a complex SAP landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for SAP Controlling, Finance integration, and e-invoicing processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process designs, configuration requirements, test cases, and user stories for SAP delivery teams.
- Support SAP CO processes such as cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting, profitability analysis, allocations, budgeting, planning, and period-end closing activities.
- Work with SAP FI integration topics including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, tax, invoice processing, and financial reporting touchpoints.
- Support e-invoicing initiatives, including country-specific legal requirements, invoice data validation, interface coordination, error handling, monitoring, and compliance-related process improvements.
- Coordinate with business users, SAP functional consultants, developers, external providers, and application support teams to deliver enhancements and resolve incidents.
- Prepare and execute system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, cutover support, and post-go-live hyper care activities.
- Maintain process documentation, training materials, issue logs, decision records, and operational support guides.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, data quality improvement, and improved user experience within SAP finance processes.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline and master’s degree or relevant SAP certification is an advantage.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience as an SAP Business Analyst, SAP FI/CO Consultant, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP Controlling and Finance processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, e-invoicing/legal reporting solutions, integrations, testing, incident management, and finance process.
- Strong understanding of accounting, controlling, statutory compliance, and end-to-end business processes is required.
