What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Grow and strengthen our sales network while contributing directly to ambitious business and sales goals.
  • Spot new business opportunities, follow market trends, and turn customer needs into concrete commercial actions.
  • Prepare compelling offers, calculations, and sales proposals, and confidently lead customer negotiations.
  • Help shape sales strategies and annual plans, then bring them to life through effective day-to-day execution.
  • Influence pricing policy, sales terms, and payment conditions in line with business objectives and market realities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by making sales processes smarter, faster, and more effective.
  • Monitor sales performance and customer payments, taking a proactive approach to opportunities, risks, and corrective measures.
  • Plan and support marketing activities that strengthen market presence and help deliver the company’s sales strategy.

What You Bring:

  • A Level VII or VI degree in economics, business, engineering, or another relevant technical field.
  • Confidence working with digital tools, including MS Office, MS Excel, and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent Slovenian, English and knowledge of at least one additional language.
  • A confident communicator and negotiator who builds trust, develops strong relationships, and enjoys working with customers.
  • Ideally, at least two years of experience in a similar commercial, sales, or customer-facing role.
