About the Job

As our new Supply Chain Analyst, you will ensure timely update of purchasing records and suppliers price lists, communicate with Sales and Project Managers on a regular basis to get data, maintain alignment and follow-up across stakeholders. It focuses on data management, operational coordination and supporting the day-to-day operations of Project Manager.


Your responsibilities will include:


Operational Coordination

  • Communicate with PM from different PGs to collect data for reporting.
  • Communicate with suppliers on a regular basis to get pricing update, market feedback and bottlenecks issues etc.
  • Track purchases and volume placed by all the offices and from all the suppliers.
  • Support alignment of requests from Sales/PMs and suppliers when needed.
  • Prepare relevant inputs for prioritization discussions.

Project & Purchase Tracking

  • Monitor the status of ongoing potential projects and purchases
  • Organise and support regular coordination meetings with suppliers
  • Follow up on actions and ensure timely closure of open topics
  • Maintain transparency across stakeholders on status and risks

Purchasing Excellence Coordination

  • Keep track of the timeline of activities that need to be updated in the system
  • Obtain data needed for regular updating and check its accuracy
  • Update the collected data in the system for selected PE activities
  • Monitor that all TMI sites have acted timely in updating in the system the PE activities

Supplier & Interface Management (non-purchasing)

  • Act as interface to suppliers for operational coordination topics
  • Maintain and distribute relevant product-related information (e.g. price lists provided by Procurement)
  • Support data collection related to tooling, testing capabilities and suppliers
  • Ensure alignment with Procurement where required

Planning & Visibility Support

  • Maintain overview of stock visibility and demand signals
  • Support preparation of planning inputs and discussions
  • Track potential orders to support forecasting and planning

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and consolidate operational reports
  • Maintain relevant data in systems (e.g. EXACT, tracking tools)
  • Support preparation of inputs for management reporting


About the Ideal Candidate

You are a proactive and self-reliant professional with a strong technical background. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain, or project roles within industrial manufacturing or engineered solutions.
  • Experience in Marine, Offshore Energy, or Underground Construction sectors.
