Shape the Factory of the Future

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead who thrives on turning ideas into action, leading change on the ground, and driving tangible improvements that make a real difference to how we operate.

If you’re passionate about creating a “factory of the future” – where efficiency, innovation, and collaboration come together – we’d love to hear from you.

About the Job

As our Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our site evolves. This is a hands-on role where you won’t just manage projects – you’ll be actively involved in making them happen.

You will:

  • Lead and deliver Manufacturing Excellence (ME) savings projects, working closely with Production Engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Drive the planning and delivery of CAPEX projects, ensuring engineering elements are executed effectively and on time
  • Champion and embed 5S standards, ensuring continuous improvement is visible and sustained across the site
  • Take ownership of a range of engineering and improvement projects, bringing structure, pace, and accountability
  • Collaborate with teams across production, engineering and technical functions to identify and implement improvements

What you'll bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong project discipline with curiosity and a drive to improve.

You’ll ideally have:

  • An engineering qualification (HNC/HND/BSc/BEng or similar)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally 5+ years)
  • Proven project management experience
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma Green Belt or similar would be ideal)
  • A structured, organised approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
  • Confidence using Excel and wider MS Office tools

What we offer

We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, lifestyle and career development:

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – including access to online GP appointments, counselling, physiotherapy, nutrition advice, plus a range of savings and discounts
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Comprehensive insurance cover - including 4 x life assurance and income protection
  • Early finish on Fridays (1pm) – helping you make the most of your weekends
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • On-site canteen
  • Ongoing career development – with access to training programmes and opportunities to grow within a global organisation
