Trelleborg India Private Limited, (Business Unit: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) headquartered at Bangalore is a leading sealing solution provider in India. The company with about 800+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer - Process Engineering (Projects-Capacity & Capability Building) to join our team. The role is responsible for leading capacity expansion and capability building projects across manufacturing units. The role focuses on project planning, tracking, follow‑up, and execution by working closely with cross‑functional teams using structured project management practices, ensuring timely delivery, scalability, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects using project management principles (scope, timeline, resources, risks)
- Maintain project trackers, milestones, and action lists
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and drive closure
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per defined objectives
Education & Experience:
Graduate or Post Gradate in Mechanical Engineering/Production/Industrial/Manufacturing or related field.
6–10 years of experience in Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience in capacity expansion, process improvement, or capability building projects
Hands‑on exposure to multi‑disciplinary manufacturing environments (machining, molding, assembly, automation preferred).
Fluent in Kannada and English.
Behavioral Competencies:

- Ability to lead initiatives without formal authority
- Data‑driven problem solving and decision making
