We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our dynamic team in Sofia.
This is a crucial operational role, reporting to the Manager 3rd Party Supply Planner & Work Order Management in Stuttgart,Germany. Work at the core of our European supply chain, collaborating with logistics centers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize production flow and inventory.
🎯 Your Responsibilities:
- Place production orders aligned with the capacities of our Logistics Center Europe warehouse in Gärtringen Germany as well as our warehouses in Turkey and France.
- Identify, negotiate, and resolve demand/supply imbalances in volume and product mix.
- Collaborate with Sales and the Special Handling Team to find solutions when component supply is insufficient.
- Actively communicate and raise bottlenecks to Customer Service Centers and regional teams.
- Handle inventory and ensure timely execution of production orders (no past dues).
- Review and process change requests from Sales and Special Handling (including urgent and emergency requests).
- Optimize system parameters for automation and performance.
- Implement phase-out strategies for End-of-Life (EOL) items (e.g. remove safety stocks, switch to MTO,…).
- Ensure a smooth introduction of new products (NPI) and support product transfers in collaboration between Sales and Special Handling.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- University degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s or higher).
- Proven experience as a Production Planner in a SAP environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle priorities in a dynamic setting.
