Summary of the role

The JD Edwards CNC (Configurable Network Computing) role is key to maintaining and advancing our JDE EnterpriseOne environment. You will lead ESU and tool upgrades, manage data refreshes, handle permissions and SQL queries, oversee environment maintenance and change management (OCM), and support Windows/Linux servers and WebLogic. Your expertise ensures system stability, performance, and integrity.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Install, configure, and apply ESUs, Tools Release upgrades, and special instructions.
Lead data refresh cycles across development, test, and production environments.
Administer security, roles, menus, applications, and OneView/OnePage setups.
Handle JDE package builds, OMW promotions, object migrations, and deployments.
Monitor system health—server manager checks, job queues, logs, and scheduled tasks.
Manage orchestration and coordination of JDE processes using OCM.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux OS components that support JDE.
Administer WebLogic application servers.
Write and optimize SQL queries, manage permissions, and perform database maintenance.
Enforce change control processes and promote changes via standard environments.
Document environment configurations, system procedures, and runbooks.
Collaborate with application developers, functional analysts, DBAs, and support teams

Education and Experience

4+ years in JD Edwards CNC EnterpriseOne system administration.
Strong hands-on experience with ESU application and Tools upgrades.
Proficient in environment data refreshes and change management processes.
Experienced with both Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Skilled in WebLogic administration.
Strong SQL knowledge—queries, permissions, and data tasks.
JDE security and object management expertise (menus, applications, EOne Pages).
Familiar with OCM
Package builds, and system maintenance.

Geography to cover and travel requirements

This is a global role with scope including all TMS sites. Day and overnight travel up to 10% may be required to domestic & international locations.
