Work Location In APAC:
Singapore; China: Shanghai or Suzhou; India: Bengaluru; South Korea: Yongin or Seoul; Vietnam: Long Thanh. Any one of the above work locations is acceptable.
Tasks and Responsibilities：
Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to handover to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Strategic Leadership: Lead and support strategic manufacturing technology projects, setting up new manufacturing processes and standards for global alignment, including factory expansions and greenfield projects.
Simulation and Design: Conduct simulations and design tooling and products to optimize manufacturing processes.
Technology Expansion: Continue to expand the 2k/3k Multi K (elastomer/metal/plastic) technology, including automation, inspection, and assembly processes.
Project Initiation: Propose and run projects related to manufacturing technology through the ME initiative, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Material Optimization: Work closely with material technologists to optimize material processing for enhanced product quality and efficiency.
Travel: Intensive traveling to manufacturing sites is essential for project coordination and on-site support.
Supplier Coordination: Coordinate projects between TSS plants and suppliers, ensuring supplier development and alignment with project goals.
Documentation Standardization: Standardize project and process documentation to ensure consistency and ease of knowledge transfer.
Innovation Contribution: Contribute innovative processes in the field of elastomers/plastics manufacturing technology, driving industry advancements.
Project Analysis Tools: Utilize project analysis tools, including Six Sigma and lean manufacturing tools, to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
Education: Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
Technical Insight: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies for rubber, plastics, and LSR. Experience with injection molding and rubber overmolding of plastic is advantageous.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English. Good command of other Asian languages also preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in a sealing products manufacturing environment, including project management experience.

Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.

Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Budgeting: Experience in budgeting and cost control for manufacturing projects.
