About the Job
You will take ownership of our Lasernet setup within Dynamics 365 F&O and play a key role in how we manage and optimize document generation across the business.
You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and IT to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and improving document flows such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Drive the implementation and optimization of Lasernet in a global D365 F&O environment
- Work hands-on with template design, data mapping, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve document processes and reduce manual work
- Ensure stable integrations between Lasernet and enterprise systems
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing solutions
- Contribute to global IT projects and influence how document management evolves within Trelleborg
This is a role where you combine functional understanding with technical capability and take full ownership from requirement to delivery.
About the Ideal Candidate
You are someone who takes ownership, understands business needs, and translates them into structured solutions. You are comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to both IT and business stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
- Experience working with Lasernet, including configuration and template design
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including data structures and tables
- Experience working with document management and business process automation
- Ability to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment
Nice to have:
- Experience integrating Lasernet with ERP or CRM systems
- Background as a functional consultant or business analyst
- Experience working in global IT projects
- Familiarity with document lifecycle management and compliance requirements
- Relevant certifications within Lasernet or Dynamics 365
