About the Job
As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital part in driving business growth by developing engaging content, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and supporting our growing sales team. This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to make your mark where your ideas, creativity, and initiative can truly shine.
You’ll be hands‑on across social media, campaigns, digital content, events, analytics, and brand management — making a meaningful contribution across the entire marketing function.
Typical tasks:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Assist in planning and executing targeted, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print channels.
- Generate, nurture, and track leads from marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and conversion.
- Uphold and strengthen our brand identity across every touchpoint.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-driven reports.
- Support budget planning and ensure marketing spend is used effectively.
About the Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
- Strong experience working within a marketing role (manufacturing or technical industry experience is a bonus!).
- Excellent communication skills and creative flair.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in digital marketing, analytics, and social media management.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve.
