Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Tewkesbury is looking for an Administrator within the New Product Introduction team. You will represent a supportive role within the NPI team, responsible for document control and system upkeep. Support in all aspects of the process from part number creation, NPI purchasing support, price list and quote calculator support and other administration activities. Help with checking tooling and resources within the MRP system and physically on the shop floor.

Hourly Rate: £15.67 ( £14.25 + 10% shift premium)

Shift Pattern: 

Monday - Thursday : 08:00 - 16:30 

Friday : 08:00 - 13:00 

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments. They will be self‑motivated, proactive, and hands‑on, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong analytical skills, experience with data analytics, and solid IT capabilities—including MS Office and ERP systems—are essential, with SAP knowledge being an advantage. They will be well‑organised, able to manage deadlines, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain a customer‑focused, high‑quality approach to their work.


Responsibilities: 

  • Administration of NPI manufacturing orders and changes
  • Tooling orders
  • Reviewing new NPI order intake
  • Leading daily SQDE meetings
  • Creation and management of quotations through emails and internal C4C system
  • Supporting the maintainace of price lists and price calculators
  • Attend and support meetings when required.
  • Alternative tooling checks.
  • NPI dashboard – support with uploading sales, orders and quotes into the dashboard.

Desired Experience:

  • Relevant industry background in a similar role 
  • Experience in working in an office and manufacturing environment · Attention to detail 
  • Hands-on approach; self-motivated, proactive and results-driven 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to Senior Management 
  • Experience with Data Analytics 
  • Customer-Centric Focused 
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP is preferable
