What does the position involve?
The role of S&OP Manager is designed to ensure that demand and actual customer needs are aligned with production capacity and inventory levels. Through a structured Sales & Operations Planning process at Site-level, the S&OP Manager balances demand and supply with production capacity. The aim is to optimize production and inventories based on sales forecasts so that TSSH can meet customer requirements effectively through timely delivery and without generating excess stock.
This role is central to the company as it connects demand, capacity planning, production and procurement to improve delivery performance, capacity utilization, and inventory turnover.
You’ll join our Supply Chain team of nine dedicated colleagues who value professional sparring and a positive, supportive atmosphere.

Main responsibilities and associated tasks:

  • Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle and secure alignment on decisions and capacity
  • Maintain a reliable rolling forecast and improve accuracy
  • Align production and capacity with demand and identify constraints
  • Improve and develop existing capacity models and monitor order towards shop floor level
  • Optimize inventory in close collaboration with purchasing and logistics
  • Monitor key S&OP KPIs and drive improvements
  • Ensure clear cross-functional communication and support improvement projects

About you
You hold a relevant higher education, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production, Industrial Economics, or similar - or you have solid experience from a planning role in a supply chain or production environment. You are comfortable working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and are an advanced user of Excel, while experience with Python, SQL or BI tools is considered an advantage.
