We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our office in Lelystad, Netherlands.

About the Job

You will be responsible for the order entry and follow-up with our (international) B2B customers
You process orders and quotations in our ERP system D365 and manage the order book, inventory stock review and on-time delivery
You provide information (pricing, inventory availability, order status, etc.) and handle customer requests in an accurate and timely manner
You coordinate internally with Production/Logistics/Supply Chain regarding inventory, lead times and on-time deliveries
You respond to customer complaints and manage initiation of measures
You support the activities of the Area Sales Managers in various countries

About the Ideal Candidate

MBO/HBO degree
Good verbal and written communications skills in Dutch and English are required
Additional language skills (German/French/Spanish) preferred
Experience in working with ERP system
Enthusiastic self-starter with hands on mentality
Good relationship builder and team-player
Self-confident, structured, committed and pro-active attitude
Highly organized and flexible to meet priorities
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent. Therefore, you will be asked to give your consent below and in connection therewith you will have to confirm that you have read this privacy policy and that you consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

Disclosure and transfer of personal data

The personal data collected and processed through our career pages will be accessible only to selected Trelleborg employees or external recruiters selected by Trelleborg and for recruitment purposes only. These persons may access your personal data from abroad both within and outside the EU/EEA. Such transfer of personal data, if any, to or from another country is necessary for Trelleborg to be able to evaluate your interest in the company and whether or not we would be able to conclude an employment contract with you.
