This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a compensation and benefits or payroll background, with strong analytical capability and a genuine interest in using data to shape people strategies. You’ll support both local and wider business units — spending one day per week supporting the broader BU team.
People Data & Insights: Maintain and analyse HR data to provide actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that inform strategic people decisions.
Compensation & Benefits Support: Assist with salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensuring accuracy in payroll-related data.
Employee Relations: Support the resolution of employee queries and issues, ensuring fairness, compliance, and timely follow-up.
Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.
Policy & Process: Support the review and development of HR policies and procedures to reflect best practice.
Performance & Engagement: Assist in managing performance processes, engagement surveys, and follow-up actions.
Training & Onboarding: Help identify training needs, support onboarding, and ensure smooth integration for new employees.
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, line managers, and wider business units to align HR activities with business goals.
Proven HR experience, ideally within compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate people data effectively.
A confident user of HR systems and Excel, with experience generating HR reports or dashboards.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and locations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to travel occasionally to our Westbury and Halesowen sites.
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred.
You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team that values curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement. If you’re someone who enjoys turning numbers into stories and supporting decision-making with solid data insights, this is your role.
