As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and manage a Quality System compliant with FDA and ISO standards, utilizing lean manufacturing processes for new and existing projects, including inspection, testing, and label control. You will support quality and continuous improvement initiatives with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on quality issues and process changes, reflecting our commitment to open communication and mutual respect.
- Conduct studies to develop inspection methods and test equipment, encouraging innovation and employee growth.
- Establish inspection and sampling procedures, ensuring quality control and recognition of team efforts.
- Participate in customer and ISO audits, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper quality controls for new and legacy products, supporting a culture of shared goals and mutual respect.
What we are looking for:
- Required: Degree level of Education at MQF Level 6 or higher in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
- Desired: 2+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt training.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Project, Access, and JMP.
