Are you a financial leader ready to take on a global role with high-impact decision-making? We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead our Finance & Control functions, driving excellence in Controlling, Reporting, and Treasury.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment, managing multiple legal entities, operating units, and complex financial structures across different ERP systems. You will play a crucial role in setting financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and leading a team of financial experts to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial management across 3 operating legal entities, 1 holding legal entity, and 16 operating units.
- Lead financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, treasury, banking, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS15, local tax laws, external audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as Compliance Officer & Company Secretary for two Australian legal entities.
- Drive financial performance, reporting on budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and risk management.
- Maintain financial controls to ensure cost efficiency and ethical business practices.
- Select and manage relationships with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8 finance professionals.
