About the Job
The role of a product data management assistant supports TSS EU in maintaining a clean database of engineering data including CAD data by storing and creating drawings, CAD designs and specifications in a standardized way.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Management and maintenance of customer, TSS, and producer drawings in the PLM software Siemens Teamcenter.
- Management and maintenance of external customer specifications from Europe in the PLM software Siemens Teamcenter
- Processing changes to drawings and customer specifications in accordance with an automated workflow.
- Responsibility for creating drawings using the CAD Siemens NX.
- Development of 3D models for TSS standard items and custom internal requests.
- Management and maintenance of international standards in the standards management database i2i, including handling standard orders.
- Responding to email inquiries regarding product data and ongoing workflow processes within the EU.
- Participation in internal or cross-departmental projects.
About the Ideal Candidate
Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or any degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience Product Life cycle Management
- Experience in CAD systems, preferably Siemens NX
Competencies:
- Strong technical aptitude and learning ability.
- Proficient oral/written communication skills
