Trelleborg Medical Solutions are looking for a professional to work within our current ERP system model (JDE E1), implementing standard processes across our healthcare and medical sites. In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our systems meet both internal and external business needs. The best candidates will be problem solvers, devising innovative solutions that address site-specific requirements while maintaining compliance with healthcare and medical industry standards.

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, training, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Apply strong project management skills to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery.
• Identify business challenges and proactively develop innovative solutions for management approval.
• Collaborate closely with departmental leadership, business users, and peers to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Assess resource needs, feasibility, and project impact, helping management set priorities effectively.
• Navigate the complexities of communications and database systems, ensuring seamless integration and system improvements.
• Partner with client departments to gain a deep understanding of their operations, driving cost, quality, and service improvements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously expanding knowledge in information systems and technology.
• Take on additional administrative and special project responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate

• BS or BA degree.
• Must have greater than 2 years previous experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One in at least two of the following areas: Sales Order Management, Transportation, Procurement, Inventory Management, Planning
• In addition to primary Supply Chain focus, knowledge in the Manufacturing or Finance modules would be helpful.
• Must have experience with researching and implementing any local business requirements necessary to meet government statutes. Examples would be any tax reporting requirements or shipping statutes for EU (Germany), Malta or Costa Rica
• Ideally would have experience in the Healthcare and Medical industry and have led or participated in Software Validation
• Ideally would be familiar with Healthcare and Medical regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO13485
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Speaks fluent English

This global role primarily supports non-US sites within the Trelleborg Medical Solutions business area and may require up to 25% international travel.
