SAP Business Analyst for User Administration, Roles & Privileges

We are looking for SAP Basis Administrator to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining role-based access controls to ensure that users have the appropriate permissions based on their job responsibilities. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand system requirements resulting from a S/4 Hana greenfield implementation, with a 2-track ERP landscape, decentral EWM, Fiori frontends, Solution Manager 7.2 and variety of other SAP systems
• Design, build, and configure SAP applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Perform SAP Basis Administration tasks, including Release Upgrades, System/Client copies, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems and resolve any technical issues that may arise
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Basis Administration and integrate innovative approaches for improved system performance, availability and reliability
• Assist with change control and testing processes for infrastructure changes or problems across the SAP landscapes
• Analysis of incidents and support ticket prioritization, handling of support tickets and troubleshooting in the systems
• Configure & Manage Background jobs, Printers, Spool, Label Prints & Trust Certificates
• Document system setup procedures and configuration, and create technical manuals
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty to maintain productive operation

What You'll Bring

• Degree in an IT related discipline e.g. Informatics, Business and Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in SAP base administration and Solution Manager 7.x; previous S/4 Hana, S/4 EWM, and Fiori.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, functionalities and integration capabilities.
• Experience in integrating and operating material flow systems and warehouse automation into SAP Extended Warehouse Management would be beneficial
• Understanding of S/4HANA Cloud solution offerings & methodologies,
  (Good to Have) Experience on Rise framework.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP configuration and setup.
• Solid understanding of SAP communication technologies (IDOC, ALE, RFC, Web Services etc.) and printing infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
