Role Summary: The CSC is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to both existing and prospective customers, managing customer orders and quotes, conducting contract reviews, price analysis, and ensuring delivery performance. This role involves collaborating with logistics, manufacturing, sales, and engineering teams to meet KPIs, and may require sourcing products from internal and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Execute contract reviews, evaluate customer orders against supplier deliveries, and resolve customer complaints. May source products from various suppliers.
  • Communication: Liaise across departments to ensure alignment with customer KPIs, resolve delivery issues, and negotiate schedule changes.
  • Hub Operations: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Administrative: Collaborate with logistics to improve delivery times and ensure compliance with AS9100 and QMS standards.

Education & Experience:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience required.
  • Associate degree preferred, Bachelor’s a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic business practices; Aerospace, Sealing, or Polymer industry experience is beneficial.

Competencies & Requirements:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle JDEdwards, NAV or SAP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with order management and AS9100 standards is beneficial.
  • Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred for this position.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Customers, internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain), factory personnel, and management.
