The Customer Service Rep (m/f/d) is the central point of contact for our European customers in the medical technology sector and makes sure that customers receive the best possible support. At the same time, the role contributes to achieving the division's targets and budget through active sales.
Customer Service ensures that:
- customer requirements are checked in the quotations to be prepared
- incoming orders are checked and processed, thus crafting conditions for contractual and timely delivery (commercial contract review)
- planning is stored in the system for blanket orders in accordance with the applicable rules and procedural instructions in order to guarantee that call-offs are scheduled on time
- the customer relationship is actively maintained through direct contact (including on site) and regular coordination with the Account Manager
- preparations and conducting price negotiations with the customer are in place
Required:
- Commercial training; wholesale and foreign trade merchant or completed (commercial) studies
- experience in internal sales in industrial companies or trade/ in sales of technical products
- Customer orientation: understanding of the impact of our business decisions on our customers
- PC skills (Office, CRM & ERP systems)
- Business proficient in written and spoken English and German
- SAP S4HANA experience is an advantage
