About the Job
We are looking for a skilled D365F&O Warehouse Management Business Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365F&O) system within our warehouse management processes. Your work will be essential in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our global operations.
This role offers flexibility, as it can be based in any of our global sites in Europe or remotely, and the job may involve international travel.
Your New Role
As the D365F&O Warehouse Management Business Analyst, you will configure and customize warehouse management modules within D365F&O to meet the organization’s needs. You will collaborate closely with warehouse operations, IT, and other business units to ensure that the system is stable, efficient, and aligned with business goals. Your role will also involve analyzing warehouse processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading the implementation of new modules and features.
Your Responsibilities
- Configure and customize D365F&O warehouse management modules to support business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot warehouse management-related issues.
- Analyze and document warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the implementation of new warehouse management modules and features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
- Design and develop warehouse management reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth change management and successful project execution.
About the Ideal Candidate
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience working with D365F&O, specifically in warehouse management. You have a strong understanding of warehouse management principles and are experienced in configuring ERP systems, particularly D365F&O. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you have the ability to communicate effectively and manage your time efficiently.
We believe that you have a sound understanding of the warehouse management stream and are driven by a desire for standardization and process alignment. You work well independently, handle significant responsibilities, and excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Experience in leading business application initiatives and fostering a collaborative team environment is highly valued.
