About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for optimizing and supporting our manufacturing processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365F&O). Your work will be vital in driving efficiency and fostering continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing operations.
Your New Role
As the Manufacturing Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming our manufacturing processes. You will configure and customize D365F&O manufacturing modules to align with our business needs, ensuring the system operates seamlessly. Your role will also involve analyzing business requirements, mapping manufacturing processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will lead the implementation of new manufacturing modules, participate in user acceptance testing, and provide ongoing support for manufacturing-related issues.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Configure and customize D365F&O manufacturing modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for manufacturing processes within D365F&O.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and map manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead or participate in the implementation of new manufacturing modules and features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and create related documentation.
- Develop and deliver training materials for manufacturing end-users.
- Design and develop manufacturing reports and dashboards in collaboration with the PowerBi Competence Center.
About the Ideal Candidate
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in the manufacturing domain. A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in D365F&O are essential for this role. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage time effectively, and be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong drive for standardization and alignment in manufacturing processes. You should be capable of working independently, willing to travel as required, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Your ability to assist in leading large, complex business application initiatives and your talent for fostering a positive team environment will be key to your success in this role.
