About the Job
We are seeking an experienced D365F&O Finance Business Analyst to join our team. In this essential role, you will enhance and streamline finance and accounting processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365F&O) environment. Your contributions will be key in optimizing operations, driving efficiency, and supporting comprehensive reporting and strategic planning.
Your New Role
As the D365F&O Finance Business Analyst, you will define and support the finance stream within our D365F&O setup. You will analyze current processes, develop best practices for data collection, and implement improvements to boost organizational efficiency. Collaboration with stakeholders will be vital as you gather requirements, perform data analysis, and create innovative solutions to meet our financial objectives.
This role offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in Europe, whether at one of our global sites or remotely. The position also involves occasional travel to support our projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Optimize and support finance and accounting functions within the D365F&O environment.
- Manage month-end close processes, reporting, and financial planning.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze data models to enhance financial processes and support decision-making.
- Implement changes that drive process improvement, cost savings, and new opportunities.
- Communicate with senior management to ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Prepare reports and presentations that clearly demonstrate the impact of your work.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Technical IT, Business IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in D365F&O implementation. Your strong background in financial business processes and deep understanding of D365F&O are crucial for this role. Effective communication, time management, and prioritization are among your core strengths.
You are skilled in the Finance to Maintain stream and are committed to standardizing and aligning financial processes. You work well independently while handling significant responsibilities, and adapt effectively to remote work situations. Your strong interpersonal and analytical skills will be an asset to our team. Experience in leading business application initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment is highly valued.
