About the Job

As a Marketing Executive for Trelleborg PA Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting our brand’s presence ensuring alignment with our core values and sales objectives.

Your mission will be to foster brand/product awareness globally, spearheading new marketing strategies that resonate across diverse channels and customer segments.

This function has a leading role in supporting and driving efficiency across the sales entities (PG APAC and PG EMEA/America’s), by driving and ensuring global brand/product awareness by identifying and establishing new marketing strategies across multiple Marketing sub-families and communication channels. Collaborative efforts with PG Directors and Sales Managers are key to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.

You will be responsible for analyzing market and customer segments, identifying potential clients, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the marketing project/campaign and its stakeholders, and assessing the effectiveness of used marketing strategies.

The aim is to increase Trelleborg awareness for specific potential clients and prospects and indirectly building the pipeline in new regions.

The role could be based in our Trelleborg office in Rotterdam, or Dubai.

Your Key Deliverables will include

Product/Brand Marketing:

  • Define targeted customer segments and associated messaging.
  • Develop marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.

Advertising & Promotion:

  • Create or coordinate the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the commercialization of new products, staying updated with current developments in B2B marketing theory and practice.
  • Prepare briefings for exhibition stands at various events PA Infrastructure participates in.

Marketing Research & Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze marketplace trends and customer data through surveys.
  • Lead the production of a wide range of marketing data and results for use across multiple communication channels and techniques.
  • Assist in market research and data analytics.

Seminars and Webinars:

  • Plan and organize seminars and webinars, ensuring content aligns with company guidelines.

Sales Growth & Collaboration:

  • Support sales growth by identifying and developing optimal marketing and communication channels to reach potential clients (e.g., digital marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce marketing, web content marketing, search engine marketing, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with sales (PG Directors and managers) to align marketing priorities and approaches.
  • Assist in the commercialization of new products, staying updated with current developments in B2B marketing theory and practice.

Reporting:

  • Provide updates to the business on marketing activities, progress, and costs.

Education & Experience 

  • University or Higher Vocational Education in Marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar regional role
  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or corporate communications within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be preferable
  • Experience in setting up and leading new marketing strategies and projects from scratch is essential
  • Strong business understanding and a focus on improvement
  • Excellent social skills (both written and verbal) at all business levels (internal & external);
  • Proficient (spoken and written) in Dutch and English and with the ability to display confidence, energy and creativity, with a flair for innovation
  • Computer proficient with excellent Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of social media and AI tools
  • Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills with ability to modify technical content for a wider audience
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
