L'un de ses sites industriels, basé à Clermont-Ferrand, recherche un(e) Ingénieur Produits - Process.
MISSION
Vous participez à l’élaboration et à la mise au point de produits nouveaux ainsi qu’ à l’amélioration d’une ligne de produits existants en définissant les produits et procédés de fabrication.
ACTIVITES
- Participer et piloter des analyses de performance process, main d’œuvre et matière
- Participer à la définition des équipements industriels (expression besoin, revue de conception, réception), les mettre au point et qualifier les couple produits/process
- Proposer des améliorations de productivité (main d’œuvre et de matière)
- Proposer des améliorations des standards ( sécurité, qualité, process, ergonomie)
- Prendre en charge des actions du manufacturing excellence
- Piloter l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes récurrents ou complexes (QC story)
FORMATION ET EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE
Ingénieur mécanique + expérience dans une fonction similaire
Anglais opérationnel
Maitrise de Solidworks souhaitée
La connaissance des élastomères est un plus
