As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and driving our people strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
  • Recruit the right individuals to fill vacant positions and continuously improve recruitment tools and channels within assigned Department or Product Area.
  • Be the ambassador for the Trelleborg culture and core values by leading employer branding initiatives.
  • Follow up on the onboarding and offboarding process to avoid any employee relationship risks.
  • Create comprehensive training and development plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals and workforce plans.
  • Analyze employee performance to identify skill gaps and design training programs to address them.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify performance needs and recommend future training initiatives.
  • Pioneer initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, and organizational culture.
  • Stay updated on current trends in the industry and apply innovative strategies to improve training programs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to establish beneficial relationships for the organization.
  • Responsible for employee data management and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and compliant HR-related documentation.
  • Provide necessary support and assistance for other HR tasks, such as employee benefits delivery and employee communications.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • At least 5 years of HR working experience, with knowledge of full HR functions.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition & Talent Development or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good sense of business priority.
  • Customer focus and teamwork spirit.
  • Strong commitment to learning, adaptability, self-reliance, dependability, proactive problem-solving skills, and a focus on achieving outcomes.
  • Operational skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
