Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Administrator!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Inside Sales Administrator for our online service to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a multicultural environment, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Check each order and process registration errors; amend discrepancies
- Returns and Complaints: Process returns and handle customer complaints efficiently
- Delivery Monitoring: Keep track of delivery dates to ensure timely shipments
- Credit Management: Adjust credit limits in coordination with the Finance team
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Team Coordination: Daily contact with the pricing team in Europe and coordination with IT for seamless operations
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Training with a focus on industry and sales or a commercial degree
- Experience: Proven sales experience and a solid technical understanding
- Skills: Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of customer focus
- Technical Proficiency: Confident handling of MS Office products; SAP knowledge is desirable
- Language: Very good command of English, German is advantage
