·       Collaborate with leadership in executing Trelleborg's HR strategies including post acquisition HR integration strategies into China HR operations.

·       HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

·       HR Services Management: Manage key HR Services areas, including Compensation & Benefits, Shared Services deployment, HR reporting and analytics, and HR Management System Tools.

·       Workforce Planning: Plan and manage the workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.

·       Process Improvement: Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to support the company's business growth and enhance efficiency.

·       Talent Management: Identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent

·       Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and policy adherence.

·       Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.

·       Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.

·       Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

·       Reporting and Metrics: Provide HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

·       Communication: Maintain open communication with employees and leaders, addressing their HR-related needs and concerns.

·       Wellness and Health Initiatives: Promote employee wellbeing through health and wellness program.

·       Succession Planning: Develop and execute succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.

·       Legal and Ethical Conduct: Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all HR activities.

·       Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, including disciplinary actions and grievances, fostering a harmonious work environment.

·       Administrative management may also be involved as needed.
