Supply Chain & Logistics

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our dynamic team in Sofia.

This is a crucial operational role, reporting to the Manager 3rd Party Supply Planner & Work Order Management in Stuttgart,Germany. Work at the core of our European supply chain, collaborating with logistics centers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize production flow and inventory.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Place production orders aligned with the capacities of our Logistics Center Europe warehouse in Gärtringen Germany as well as our warehouses in Turkey and France.
• Identify, negotiate, and resolve demand/supply imbalances in volume and product mix.
• Collaborate with Sales and the Special Handling Team to find solutions when component supply is insufficient.
• Actively communicate and raise bottlenecks to Customer Service Centers and regional teams.
• Handle inventory and ensure timely execution of production orders (no past dues).
• Review and process change requests from Sales and Special Handling (including urgent and emergency requests).
• Optimize system parameters for automation and performance.
• Implement phase-out strategies for End-of-Life (EOL) items (e.g. remove safety stocks, switch to MTO,…).
• Ensure a smooth introduction of new products (NPI) and support product transfers in collaboration between Sales and Special Handling.

• University degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s or higher).
• Proven experience as a Production Planner in a SAP environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and handle priorities in a dynamic setting.

Du bliver en del af et mindre, erfarent indkøbsteam i Supply Chain, hvor du får en central rolle i den daglige drift. Stillingen rummer en bred kontaktflade og varierede opgaver, og det er afgørende, at du arbejder struktureret og pragmatisk – både selvstændigt og i samarbejde med andre. 
Størstedelen af vores leverandører er placeret i udlandet, og relationen til både interne og eksterne leverandører er en vigtig succesfaktor. Du vil derfor skulle opbygge og vedligeholde et stærkt leverandørnetværk, hvor dialogen primært foregår på engelsk.

Fokus i rollen er den operationelle indkøbsdrift: placering, optimering og opfølgning på ordrer samt vedligeholdelse af vores ERP-system. Derudover arbejder du med KPI-opfølgning og -udvikling samt leverandøraudits inden for bl.a. kvalitet, levering og service. I tæt samarbejde med de interne funktioner på sitet i Helsingør sikrer du, at produktionens behov bliver dækket rettidigt. Du bliver et vigtigt omdrejningspunkt i den daglige drift og bidrager direkte til, at vi kan levere til kunder i hele verden. Derudover vil du, sammen med dine kolleger, deltage i forhandlinger med både eksisterende og nye leverandører med fokus på prisoptimering og forbedrede forretningsbetingelser, samtidig med at kvalitet og leveringssikkerhed fastholdes.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:
- Oversætte daglige produktionsbehov til indkøbsordrer
- Placering og opdatering af ordrer inkl. priser, certifikater og øvrige relevante data
- Håndtering af afvigelser
- Vedligeholdelse af disponeringsdata
- Forhandling og optimering med både direkte og indirekte leverandører – herunder interne leverandører
- Vedligeholdelse og opfølgning på indkøbs-KPI’er
- Repræsentation af indkøbsafdelingen ved eksterne audits
- Support og opfølgning på fragt, leverancer og indkøbsportaler
- Planlægning og gennemførelse af e-sourcing-projekter (RFx, e-auctions)
- Opstart og vedligeholdelse af professionelle leverandørrelationer

Hvem er du?
Du har solid erfaring med operational procurement og trives i en rolle med mange snitflader. Måske har du allerede arbejdet med mindre RFQ’er og forhandlinger – eller har motivationen for at udvide dit ansvar i den retning.

Du skaber tillid gennem en imødekommende og professionel tilgang, både over for kolleger og leverandører. Samtidig har du gennemslagskraft, udfordrer gerne status quo og tager ejerskab for dine opgaver.

Vi forestiller os, at du:
- Har minimum 3 års erfaring fra en indkøbsfunktion
- Gerne har erfaring med både direkte og indirekte indkøb
- Har kendskab til ERP-systemer – gerne SAP
- Har en relevant økonomisk eller kommerciel uddannelse
- Kan dokumentere gode resultater fra tidligere indkøbsroller
- Arbejder analytisk, er løsningsorienteret og har god forretningsforståelse
- Er stærk i Excel
- Du behersker både dansk og engelsk flydende i skrift og tale.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to handle end-to-end supply chain operations across our manufacturing units. This role involves managing procurement, inventory and logistics  to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

About the Job

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Strategic Procurement Director has full accountability for defining, governing, and delivering the procurement strategy for the Business Unit(s). The role ensures global cost competitiveness, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and long‑term value creation, in close partnership with BU leadership, operations, finance, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global procurement strategy aligned with Business Unit, Business Area, and Group objectives
• Establish procurement governance, standards, and decision frameworks across all sites and categories
• Define multi‑year procurement roadmaps covering cost, resilience, sustainability, and capability building
• Accountable for delivery of annual and mid‑term cost and value targets
• Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) and working capital optimization across key categories
• Capture cross‑site, cross‑category and cross‑BU/BA synergies where applicable
• Define and manage the strategic supplier portfolio, including innovation, supply continuity, and risk exposure
• Lead executive‑level supplier negotiations and Supplier Business Reviews
• Own procurement‑led risk management, including critical materials and market volatility
• Lead and develop a global procurement organization (direct and matrix)
• Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and capability development plans
• Act as the senior procurement representative in BU and cross‑functional leadership forums
• Ensure procurement compliance with legal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements
• Oversee commercial and contractual governance
• Sponsor procurement analytics, ERP governance, and data‑driven decision making (SAP/ERP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Senior procurement leadership experience in a complex, global manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and sustained value delivery
• Strong commercial and contractual competence
• Experienced leader in matrix organizations with international scope
• Background in polymers, chemicals, textiles, or engineered materials is a plus

Successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Deep understanding of global textile and chemical supply markets, sourcing methodologies, and risk management
• SAP certification in relevant modules a strong plus
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems integration and data governance.
• Effective & efficient technical and strategic problem solving, and organizational skills required.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Integrity
• Ability to lead a global cross‑functional team and influence at all organizational levels

Travel Requirements

• Primarily office-based with regular interaction with multiple global facilities
• Requires splitting time and traveling between sites in Rutherfordton NC, Forest City NC, Monson, MA and Nottingham, UK. Domestic travel will be 20%. International travel will be 10%.
