The IT OT Device Solutions Analyst is responsible for leading work within or across end-to-end IT/OT solution lifecycles.

Duties will include:

• Design and implement IT/OT device solutions (e.g., iPads, barcode scanners, IP building security systems, digital display technologies) by translating manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable standards-aligned solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain connected device ecosystems, ensuring reliable operation of mobile devices, scanning systems, security platforms, and digital display infrastructure
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, capturing operational needs and aligning device solutions to business and production requirements
• Drive proactive system health reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance device performance, reduce recurring issues, and improve end-user experience
• Coordinate incident resolution and escalations with IT Operations and external vendors to prevent service disruption and minimize operational impact
• Support the full solution lifecycle (demand, design, testing, deployment, handover) while ensuring proper documentation, training, and long-term operational sustainability

Candidate profile:

•  Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronic technology or relevant education in this field 
• Good verbal/conversational and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively
• Communication skills in other languages are an added advantage

The Director of Data Analytics & AI is accountable for defining and executing the enterprise-wide data, digital, and artificial intelligence strategy across Trelleborg Medical Solutions. We are looking for an SAP EWM Business Analyst who keeps warehouse operations running smoothly while driving continuous improvements. In this role, you sit at the intersection of IT and Operations-hands-on, collaborative, and close to the daily realities of warehouse processes.

Your primary office is Stuttgart, but 2-3 days per week you will work onsite at our Logistics Center (LCE) in Gärtringen to support the operational teams.

Your Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Daily Logistics

• Main contact for SAP EWM support for warehouse teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in inbound/outbound flows, picking, packing, RF transactions, and inventory
• Support daily activities such as wave creation, exception handling, and queue monitoring
• Align closely with supervisors to ensure smooth system performance

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend and implement enhancements to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort

Configuration, Integration & Projects

• Perform SAP EWM configuration (storage types, HU, PPF, queues, RF, warehouse orders)

• Lead requirement gathering, documentation, UAT, and rollout of changes

Training & Communication

• Train warehouse users on new or updated functionalities
