As a key member of our central EMEA team, you’ll be responsible for handling and executing Sales MDG (Master Data Governance) processes in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. You’ll act as a crucial quality gatekeeper, supporting the sales organization by processing material requests, maintaining master data, and driving improvements in data quality.

Your Responsibilities – Where You’ll Shine

Process Execution

  • Handle end-to-end execution of Sales MDG processes upon sales request
  • Process standard and non-standard material creation requests
  • Handle business partner setups, sales organization/plant extensions
  • Coordinate sub-processes (e.g., drawing approval workflows)
  • Track and follow up on pending tasks, providing clear feedback to requestors

Data Quality Assurance

  • Review and validate data requests from Sales
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data
  • Proactively request missing information
  • Provide mentorship and training to Sales teams to improve data input quality

What You Bring – Your Experience and Mindset

  • Degree or vocational experience in a technical or engineering field
  • Technical background and strong affinity for structured processes
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP/MDG is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages a bonus
  • Superb communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Ideally, knowledge of sealing products and materials (rubber, plastics, etc.)
