As a key member of our central EMEA team, you’ll be responsible for handling and executing Sales MDG (Master Data Governance) processes in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. You’ll act as a crucial quality gatekeeper, supporting the sales organization by processing material requests, maintaining master data, and driving improvements in data quality.

Your Responsibilities – Where You’ll Shine

Process Execution

Handle end-to-end execution of Sales MDG processes upon sales request
Process standard and non-standard material creation requests
Handle business partner setups, sales organization/plant extensions
Coordinate sub-processes (e.g., drawing approval workflows)
Track and follow up on pending tasks, providing clear feedback to requestors

Data Quality Assurance

Review and validate data requests from Sales
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data
Proactively request missing information
Provide mentorship and training to Sales teams to improve data input quality

What You Bring – Your Experience and Mindset

Degree or vocational experience in a technical or engineering field
Technical background and strong affinity for structured processes
Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP/MDG is a strong plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages a bonus
Superb communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Ideally, knowledge of sealing products and materials (rubber, plastics, etc.)

Disclosure and transfer of personal data
