Summary:

 

We are seeking a collaborative and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. This role serves as a trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers, leading our recruiting efforts that help attract, engage, and hire high-performing talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will create a positive candidate experience while building talent pipelines that reflect a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Through strategic recruitment practices, market insights, and strong partnerships, this individual will play a key role in helping our teams grow and achieve business success.


Tasks and Responsibilities: Summary

 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to agree on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and effective recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.
  • Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, employee referrals, job boards, community partnerships, and talent communities.
  • Deliver an inclusive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process while fostering an environment where candidates from all backgrounds feel welcomed.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting, and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
  • Support recruitment operations including interview coordination, offer documentation, onboarding activities, background checks, relationships with external recruitment firms, and related hiring processes.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent insights to improve recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company hiring policies and practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience: 

 

  • 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related Human Resources experience with demonstrated career growth.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment, ideally within medical device, healthcare, or contract manufacturing industries, supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring needs.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and inclusive recruiting practices preferred.

Compensation:


Please note that compensation may vary based on work location and other job-related factors. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000, which represents our good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, training, skills, certifications, job-related knowledge, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits and other compensation, such as health benefits, retirement programs, and incentive opportunities, where applicable.
