We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to employees and leaders, supporting a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Generalist will play an active role in fostering a positive workplace culture while helping drive business and workforce success.

Summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for working closely with HR and site management to build and maintain a company culture centered around engagement and productivity. This position works across many functional areas including: payroll, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. This role will report directly to the on-site HR Manager.

The final compensation offered to the candidate may be based on geographical location, work experience and/or skill level. Additions to the compensation packing, including but not limited to paid time off, insurance benefits and 401(k) eligibility, will be outlined at the time of the job offer.
Compensation range: $60,000-$75,000 annually
